Great Customer Service! - Today, I came to the location at 7850 Poplar Avenue, Suite 26, Germantown, Tn. 38138.
First, I was greeted by Dee who was preparing food at the time. I was surprised and thought maybe I had passed the place to take the order or that she was supposed to take my order. But, she was just being polite. Great first impression! Secondly, Lacey, who took my order was so pleasant and helpful. I had never been to this restaurant, but I’ll sure be back - maybe to a different location. But, Lacey helped me decide on what to order and made sure I was ok with the various toppings and the way the pita bread would come out. Thirdly, my food tasted great! I’ve been craving Mediterranean food that had a fresh, light, but hearty feel to it! Taziki’s did it!
Next, when I got my food, my potatoes were not hot. But, Travis brought me fresh, hot potatoes! Yummy!
Last, my hummus was very soupy rather than the typical chunky. The employees came to the rescue! Gill was just walking in the door to begin her shift. She immediately sought to rectify the situation. Then, Christian came over and refunded me for the hummus since the entire batch that had been made already was soupy. He offered another appetizer, but I said no thanks. He let me keep the soupy hummus, which I dipped food in a little bit here and there, but overall, it was just too soupy.
But even with the soupy hummus, it was a good experience and a great break between my massage and facial!
Way to go! God bless!
Any other suggestions would be just to keep debris off the dining room floor and to keep the...

Within 18 minutes of posting my review below, I had an immediate, sincere and genuine response directly from the owner and this was after 10:00 PM.
Never have I had this kind of concerned response from any company. The contents of my email exchange with the owner has restored my confidence in Taziki's Germantown, TN. Their values on how to "value" a customer certainly shown through.
I'm convinced that the matter will be dealt with directly and that I, or any other customer, will not experience what I did again.
Please take my revised review as an endorsement of this establishment. The food is good. The atmosphere is relaxing. And, the quality and value of the food is worth a visit. Especially with owners like the Riddles who stand on their values.
ORIGINAL NEGATIVE POST SHOWN HERE:
Closes at 9 pm. Ordered at 8:40. we got tea and as soon as we did, a rude employee walked off with a 3/4 full ice tea container. I asked her not to dump it out, in case we wanted a refill. She looked over her shoulder having heard what I said and continued to the kitchen. Similar response when I asked about the tea containers behind the counters.
Absolutely rude and inconsiderate staff. We eat there quite often and routinely tip 25-30%. No more While food may be good, go somewhere else and avoid the miserable experience of dealing with...
Read moreIf I could give Mark a constellation of stars, I would — five just isn’t enough to capture the brilliance this man brings to the dining experience. From the moment we were seated, Mark didn’t just serve us — he orchestrated an experience, like the maestro of fine dining hospitality.
Mark didn’t walk to our table — he glided. His presence? Calming. His timing? Impeccable. His smile? The kind that could stop a thunderstorm mid-strike. Every recommendation he made was not only accurate but borderline prophetic. I trusted him with my taste buds and I would trust him with my life.
He anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them. A napkin fell? A replacement appeared like magic. My drink got low? Mark, the Beverage Whisperer, was there with a refill like a hydration ninja. And the dessert recommendation? Let’s just say angels wept when it was delivered.
Mark isn’t just a server — he’s a culinary guardian angel wrapped in charm, efficiency, and immaculate professionalism. If excellence wore an apron, it would be named Mark.
Management, if you’re reading this: give this man a raise, a trophy, a parade — something. We came for the food. We’ll...
