Wendy's — Restaurant in Germantown

If I could give “Zero” stars I would. Terrible customer service. Handed my food to me and the bread was stale and cold. Asked for a refund and was told that they toasted the bread and nothing was wrong with it after touching on it.. I know the difference between hard stale bread vs toasted. Maybe the manager and the staff didn’t. Wouldn’t surprise me.

Then the unprofessional staff including the “so called” manager laughed and snickered when I told them I wanted my money back. The cheese wasn’t melted. Looked like they just slapped cold cheese on the sandwich.

The employees I encountered on my visit will run your business into the ground. Most people just accept the poor customer service and move on. I’m not spending my money at an establishment where the staff is ghetto, rude, and expects the customer not to know better.

I started coming to this location because of bad service at the location in Collierville. I was prompted to order, so then I proceeded and then the girl taking my order says hold on hold on as she was talking to someone else inside. Then she goes to repeat my order back and had it all wrong. I won’t be back. That’s what happens when you hire non customer friendly people. They’re only there for a paycheck. They don’t care about customer service. Then, I pull up to the window to pick up my food and I get an unsweetened tea after I asked for sweet tea. And she thought I said Dr. Pepper. When I told her it wasn’t sweet, she said what do you want me to do about it? It came from the sweet tea. I didn’t make it. I said I want sweet tea. Rude and poor customer service. These people need customer service...

Just tried to go into Wendy's and the side door was LOCKED! There was one family dining inside and a little boy came and let us in. It was a couple minutes before a woman came to the counter. I asked her if she knew the door was lacked and she said yes! She wanted people to come In the other door. This other door is next to the drive through, not the safest entrance. I stated she might want to put a sign on the locked door because we were about to leave thinking they were closed. She gave me an attitude look and said "for here ot to go" as she obviosly was hoping ro turn away business....wonder what the owner of this business would think of how she is "not" running the business. We left without ordering and they have lost...
