StoneCreek Centre — Local services in Germantown

We went to The Toasted Yolk in Germantown TN after a trip to Memphis. It was good, after a poor start. At first, we sat at a booth, but waited too long, around 6 minutes or more, for initial service, so we moved to the bar. The bartender Gretchen was great. She was friendly and helpful with the menu. I got the toasted yolk with cheese grits and it was delicious. My husband got the scramble and we could have easily shared it. We went home with lots of leftovers. We both had a mimosa, which was also really good. They have a full bar so other beverages are available too. There were a couple of flies buzzing around near us, so maybe some kind of fan at the front door would help with that. I would recommend. The food...
