McDonald's — Restaurant in Gig Harbor

First off I can't believe I'm actually reviewing McDonalds. I think everybody in America has a pretty good idea of what to expect at McDonald's. So I will just share what my experiences have been at this location. We have attended this McDonald's several times at different times of the day and night and really the only time that we've had issues would be at night. It is commonplace to not have access to the entire menu after like 8 or 9 p.m. It is my experience that the staff will state the ice cream machine is down so you can't order ice cream, milkshakes, Frappuccinos, etc, and on occasion breakfast items. Excuse usually is that the machine is turned off for cleaning but from what I've been told by staff at other locations that the machines aren't really cleaned all that often if at all. I don't think we are all that unusial wanting ice cream or milkshake in the evening, so I would imagine that this establishment is losing a lot of money by just not selling these items. if I was the owner I would have a discussion with my manager and the the staff so this type of neglect doesn't occur. Other than that my experience rather positive from this McDonald's. the staff are friendly Nx courteous most the time. the food usually is hot and it tastes like what you expect from McDonald's. I don't think I really ordered anything that came out unappealing if you like McDonalds. I would recommend going to this location (not at night) and download the application off of the Google store or if you have an iPhone off of the Apple Store. The discounts can be anywhere from a free item entirely or a couple bucks off or buy one get one free things like that there's always coupons to be had and there's like four or five per week. It is it rather genius and McDonald's to offer this I literally have started eating McDonald's way more frequently than I used to in fact before this application I think we would go to McDonald's and you know maybe once a year and now it's...

Hello everyone, Here we go again friends, today's review will be on one of my two local McDonald's. This one is located closer to the home Depot in Target store off Burnham drive. I must say the drive-thru at McDonald's are pretty efficient at this point very rarely do you wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. And like this Michelle sometimes let's be honest it's Hit or Miss to get the orders right or wrong but for the most part they are getting much better. From a kiosk without really having to go to the front counter. That makes it nice and efficient and easier once you place your order and pay and they print out a ticket and you just wait for your number to be called. The inside of the restaurant a few times that I've been in here I've been clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend passing by this McDonald's for fast food that's your thing and you got a short amount of time to get something in your stomach. Hope this review helps...

This is the worst McDs I’ve been to and avoid it if I can. But it’s the only one in my area so that’s hard. The morning manager is always late, I mean LATE. Supposed to open at 5am and because they don’t show on time they can’t open on time due to no registers have money. No key to the safe the kid said laughing and asking me if this was going to be a problem for me! Why wouldn’t it be? I sit at 420 waiting for them to open then just the before 5am open time they run out and put the orange cones in front of the drive through and doors locked as well. Preventing anyone from ordering. This is a very big problem at this location. Happens at least 3/4 times a week. What do they do from 5 till sometimes 630 if they aren’t open for service? And the attitudes of the workers here is off the charts to say the very least! To the owner… check this restaurant out undercover and I bet you clean house and many will go! WORST...
