Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Gig Harbor

Deleted my previous 5 star review and we have been ordering delivery and eating in for years. Tonight we ordered 1 medium pizza and 1 bottle of soda at 5pm, at 6pm pizza was delivered, guy tells us he forgot our drink and will bring it back, (we live close 5 minutes) 30 minutes later I call to see when our drink will be brought back, and they said "oh he is on his way he will be there in 5/10 minutes", 20 minutes later I call back ask to talk to the manager and say hey just checking on our drink again as we live 5 minutes away, and we were told 20 minutes ago it would be here in 5/10 minutes.. The manager then asks if we even still want the soda... Wait, what?? So I said "Yes we ordered it, I would definitely like to get it as we have been out of town and did have anything here." He then says "oh your not from here" what does that have to do with wanting what we ordered?? BUT, Yes I am from here but can we please just get our order?? He said we will get it right to you.. 20 minutws later i call back to check again, girl just instally tranafers me to the "manager" who is now another person. I said your not who i talked to 20 minutes ago, he said well the only manager tonight, so who lied and said thier the manager?? He said he has no clue.. amazing staff training.. well still not here, It's now 714 pm, over 2 hours later we have 1 pizza and still waiting over an hour for our drink we paid for to be deliveted that we also paid a delivery charge for.. I mean the order was whole 2 items...

So this was my first experience at roundtable in gig harbor, its tuesday about 635pm and im at the counter were two employees are working on cleaning/cutting and boxing pizzas neither of them acknowledged me and ask if i wanted to order until i ask if there was a manager......after paying for 2 buffet plates i moved to the buffett line where 5 untouched 1hr old pizzas sat covered in toppings like black olives ham and bell peppers basically a mixture of everything except plain cheese or pepperoni .....i ask the assist store manager ERIC ERDMAN if he could please replace one of the untouched old pizza and replace it with a fresh one since i just paid 26+ dollars for the buffets and the drinks he said sure .......fast forward 30 mins there is still no fresh pizzas..... I find Mr ERDMAN cleaning a back room for over 20 guests and i explain to him that ive waited 30 mins and id really rather have a refund or maybe just make a pepperoni for me to go and he said "no im not going to do that for you, you can wait and ill go put one in the oven for you right now" to which i said ive already been waiting 30 mins and i dont wanna wait another 10 you've already fail to make me BELIEVE in this place or its employees .....lost trust man un happy just wanna go home ......to which he said then leave or wait its up to you????? Coool Roundtable stafff dirty teenagers texting and wiping there hands on the uniforms and old food...

I came in recently and just had to come back and leave a review. I had one of the most irritating dining experiences due to extremely loud music being played from the kitchen, one of the managers going around to each employee trying to get them to sing karaoke with her while they were working, and songs with profanities being played being blasted. I don't know who let's their managers do this at any business during open hours but it was unprofessional in every sense of the word. It wasn't just the music that was annoying; the manager had yelled a greeting from the kitchen which scared me quite a bit, then proceeded to hover behind her employee (who did a great job with her service) just staring and grabbed a cup for me much to what looked like annoyance to the woman taking my order. I don't know what she does as a manager but it seems like she's creating a chaotic environment for your diners and has led me to not want to recommend this place for dining to anyone unless she's not working.

On the other hand, the food was fine for its price, it's hard to make a bad pizza and they surely don't fall short there, the twists are better than the pizza in my opinion.

If you can, please try to avoid coming in on days with this manager working because you will likely have a dreadful experience at this establishment, just avoid dining in and get a to-go if you're looking for...
