Don’t waste your hard earned money! Went there with my fiancé and we weren’t happy about anything there! The girl at the register taking our order was unfriendly and had zero personality! We ordered then sat down and waited for our food which seemed to take forever! They weren’t even busy! When it did arrive it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting a while! I ordered the Japanese noodles in the larger size and my fiancé another noodle in the smaller size. Her portion was larger than mine. My bowl was larger and the noodles didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. The bowls weren’t very deep and the portion didn’t even reach halfway! I ordered the add on steak which was a 3.50 up charge and my dish had less meat than a beef cup of ramen noodles which cost 25 cents! Literally was like a small bite of steak chopped into tiny pieces. All this for a bargain price of 9.50. We spent 26 bucks there on literally nothing. I would never go back there needless to say! The places cleanliness is another story!
Tried responding to your response there is no option too! The link you left is to a survey company. So let me get this straight you want to rectify the situation by having me go to another site and fill out another survey? No wonder your store is so poor! Waste someone else time! Mine is way...
Read moreWe had a horrible experience at this restaurant. When we first ordered , the restaurant was “out” of several foods. Fine. That happens. Then, the ice machine was completely empty. We had to wait. In the meantime, the boys are working their tails off while the girls were standing around talking. The final straw??? I received my order of “tomato bisque soup,” which was VERY dark and thick, only to discover it was spaghetti sauce. When I returned it to the counter, EMMA wanted to argue about it, telling me I needed to smell the soup. It smells like tomato! Well, that’s obvious! Hmmm... spaghetti sauce is ALSO made of tomatoes. Thanks to Katie, who was apologetic and more than helpful to provide a full refund, you earned one star. Katie! Take my advice. You are above working at this restaurant. Find a better job! You deserve it. Emma, on the other hand, needs a job that includes all avoidance with the public. She...
Read moreThe restaurant was very clean! The atmosphere reminded me of when I first started 20 years ago, but elevated. At first I was disappointed to see penne rosa gone. I used to order penne Rosa, substitute penne for cavatappi. I ordered the Rigatoni Rosa and sub the noodles to cavatappi and instantly my childhood came rushing back. It tastes just as I remembered when I worked there as my first job in 2005. Rosie was super sweet and very attentive. She was correcting and reminding the cooks for the correct portions, all while completely taking command of the front end. She was absolutely amazing. I love, love, love Noodles and Co and it brought me so much joy to see that it has changed in a good way as far as the menu and the service has remained top tier. People are quick to complain, and slow to appreciate. I really hope this restaurant keeps up the good work. Thank you Rosie, you...
