Not so great this time. Something has changed? Ordered 2 XL NY style pizzas, first the app didn't work, kept shutting me out. Then, I called to place the order and each pizza was a dollar more when ordering by phone, ok, only 2 bucks. Then, lady on phone kept saying "too many numbers for my card" when I tried to pay. So said I'll pay when I get there. No explanation given when I asked why 2 dollars more, manager, I think, just shrugged her shoulders. Then the dough was so thin it stuck to the cardboard, I had to scrape the sliced off AND both pizzas were so bland with WAY to much italian seasoning, in clumps in spots. I have to wonder what Papa Murphys has changed. One cheese and one pepperoni, neither tasted great, the kids don't care...

Pizza was great but service was terrible. I ordered online, sent my son to pick up order and realized as we are putting them in the oven that we were given the wrong pizza. Called to see if they could make us the correct pizza and deliver (website says delivery is available) the employee that answered the phone handed me off to a manager without even saying anything while I was in mid sentence. The manager proceeded to tell me that I would have to bring back the wrong pizza and pick up the correct one. No delivery. No apology and no discount. Nothing. Hope someone else didn’t get our pepperoni pizza that they made me bring back! Drove 15 miles back to get the correct pizza and still no apology. Poor...

Awesome pizza I mean WOW!! I haven't had Papa Murphy's from this store before and it's been 12 years since the last horrible experience I had with this franchise so I was more than pleasantly surprised at how good this pizza was! Instead of the cheddar cheese at the end, though, how about just more mozzarella or a mix of mozzarella and another white cheese? The cheddar wasn't that good but the rest of the pizza was awesome! I even reheated at 375* for 10 minutes in the oven the next day and...... It's now become my favorite...
