If I was starving, and this was the last Denny’s open in the entire world, I still wouldn’t eat here again. The waiter was rude, and he didn’t even know how to do simple math. Apparently they just hired somebody mathematically declined, who handles money. That isn’t a good idea, but to each their own. We ordered our food, and the first thing we ordered was our son’s food. To top it off, as we ordered he kept rushing us and cutting us off. He had no manners or decency. All of our food came out first, except for our son’s. Our son is a year and a half old. We shared our food with him, and 20min went by with still none of his food in sight. Waiter was a douche and never checked up on us once. I had to speak up myself and ask him where our son’s food was. He spoke with the back for a minute, and came back out claiming it had to be remade. How hard is it to make a kid’s burger and fries? Quite honestly I would’ve saved everyone time if I just went into the back myself and made the food. It would’ve tasted better too. The cook was flirting with the waitress most of the time, and he was hardly focusing on his job. Management was no where in sight. Whoever is in charge of staffing here, maybe you should hire people who know how to do their job correctly. Horrible service here. To top it off, the waiter had the audacity to try to screw us over at the register. He charged our double cheese burger as a single cheese burger, with an extra patty. This made that order over $17 afterwards. The menu says it’s in the $16 range for a double cheeseburger. Then he told me to come behind the counter and look at the screen, since I didn’t believe him. I looked, and it still was incorrect. Magically, after I complained the bill dropped $5 to the correct amount that it should have been in the first place. My change was supposed to be $15.01 after paying, and he gave me $15. I just gave up at that point and figured he could have the 1 cent tip, since that directly reflected the service that we had here. It’s sad and disturbing that they’d let a child starve like that. Thankfully we had our food, and we could share ours with our son. The waiter was a douche and shouldn’t be working in food service. If your job is that hard, go find a new one. Read moreThe General Manager should be ashamed of herself and how she treats her staff. There was an issue with our bill due to a newer employee who charged our bill to another table so they asked us to pay the other tables bill and they would discount to what our price would be. That was fine we had no issues with that my issue is with GM that was present but refused to help her staff. At least 4 employees asked her for help and instead of helping and using it as a teaching lesson she berated her employees and yelled at them and went to her office and at this time she still didn’t help us the poor girl was clocked out and the GM had her still working trying to figure it out but she couldn’t cause she was off the clock and I don’t think her card worked to apply the discount that the GM told them to do. During this whole time we find out this poor girl has been clocked out. The General Manager should have stepped up and took charge of this situation and never have spoken to her employees in that way it was so disgusting and disappointing to witness. Finally 20min later she finally came to help and what do you know she was able to do it in less then a minute. This should have been taken care of by the GM from the start especially since she was present. Not only did we have to wait other customers were unable to pay and were upset as well. I will say our server and the other staff that tried to help went above and beyond to help us they do not deserve to work for management like this. Read moreWent to have dinner here tonight. When we arrived there was one family already waiting. I waited for about 5 minutes before I was asked to put my name on the waiting list. I asked how long the wait was and the manager seemed very flustered and told me she did not know. After I put my name down we waited approximately 15 min and I looked to see how many tables were in use. There were 5 tables being used in one section only.there were 2 servers, 2 cooks, and the manager. Several other families came and experienced the same thing. My 2 toddlers were getting restless so I went back to ask if they could guess at the length of time. The manager looked extremely annoyed that I asked. The waitress chimed in andsaid maybe 30 to 45 minutes because they were short staffed. We chose to leave. As we were leaving, we noticed that 3 other families that came after us were also leaving as well. They all looked visibly upset about their own experiences. This was my first time going to this location, and I am not sure if I will go back to give them another chance seeing how the manager could care less.that people were upset.
