If you want the wrong DoorDash order, come here, if you want the employees sitting around roughly 7 of them doing nothing while you wait for your stone cold food come here. The rating of this particular store says it all, it’s astonishing people come here they must just enjoy the worst of the worst quality fast food, the foods already bad for us but to make it worse how is that even possible? Gave me a completely wrong order and I’m sure they just ate my order themselves, looking at about half of them they look like they could use a good meal. They also give you dirty looks like they are something better than you which is hilarious, we get it you work at Popeyes and you are miserable don’t make everybody else miserable because you put yourself in this situation of an embarrassment of a career, how hard is it to fry chicken and serve with some kind of polite customer service it just baffles me how people can put themselves in these situations and try to make others suffer for it. Popeyes clearly doesn’t care who they hire or who they serve, well it’s clear to me I will never return here ever again, I’ve never experienced a more poor experience in my life, says a lot IN MY LIFE. Just please do yourself a favor there’s so many more options, don’t give this place your money or time. Maybe they will go out of business and a new more effective business will come in and strive. It was such a pathetic experience that leaving this review was just as pathetic as the establishment and workers that work here, stone cold food and poor attitude I don’t care mentality is here for TOP DOLLAR....

Do not go to this establishment. It used to be good. I have been going to this location for over 5 years and I will never return. Assuming they have a new manager bc it never used to be this way. I ordered 12 ghost pepper wings l, large fry, and an order of butterfly shrimp. Every time I have gotten the shrimp previously I was told it would be a 5 minute wait because they drop them fresh which I'm fine with waiting for. This time I ordered and got my food within 3 minutes from ordering. I was excited bc it was faster than ever before. However the shrimp they gave me must have been sitting out all day under a heat lamp. They were hard as a rock and the first one I ate tasted rotten. I couldn't finish the shrimp and lost my appetite to even touch the wing, which also looks dry. There is one thing that you always cook fresh and it's seafood this is common sense. I got food poisoning from these "shrimp" and was throwing up and on the toilet till the next morning. This is unsanitary and unsafe. Do not go here they don't cook food fresh anymore. Sad to see this place...

YO ! I went in here and I got the 2nd shift manager at the register. so I say Hello how are you doing today ? And the lady really sat there looked at me and ignored me and said what would u like to order and then my gf said the same question and then she gon look again and decide to answer…. Then she got smart with her employees and she talks to her employees like anything ! The lady who did my food was really nice. She had great customer service and all. The manager still at the register looking at her employee down. The manager is mad nasty and unprofessional and absolutely rude … the manager also was rushing for us to order. she also had the lady who gave us our order clean the grill while she had the white boy sitting down and the other ppl chillin…. She was giving this lady a hard time …. She absolutely should not be working if she gon have poor customer service and and treat her teammates like they anybody .. I’m disappointed. In her lack of professionalism. The manager I’m talking bout name...
