This is supposed to be no star. I will advocate very strongly for people to avoid going here until they have a diverse staff. God awful experiences at this store twice and now I have to drive out to Bowie to avoid having a horrible experience for fear of being manipulated into an argument with one of these Spanish women. An all Spanish staff in a predominantly black neighborhood. This is not working. These women are malicious, wicked, manipulative and seem down right jealous. They are baiting people into an argument after being nasty to you and they are also messing up your order then having attitude when they are asked to fix it. They are also over charging some folks for their orders (from what I can tell it is being done maliciously). A black guy tonight was charged for two cookies; he told me. But the entire experience rubbed him the wrong way. It was the cashier’s attitude towards him. I am scared for the people who have had similar experiences at this location. I am scared where this store that I so love will be going in the future. It’s sad that I have to avoid this location for fear of being treated poorly. I dress nice and carry myself well and believe I was manipulated into an argument over service. It’s God awful and I will be calling up the chains past the general manager who is also Spanish to get some type of reassurance about the future of this store. I care about my community and this that I see happening here is something I have never experienced before. I don’t want anyone else to have this experience. I went in there to simply order a meal one hour before the store closed and got treated not only very poorly. They all appeared very relaxed and no one was directly at the register. One woman was cleaning up. I waited to be approached but no one was coming. The two younger girls said something to one another and they laughed. So I asked were they getting ready to close to which one of them leaned towards me shaking her shoulders said no what do you want. I started saying to her that she was being rude what is the problem and she started from there. The cashier came from behind the counter still speaking to me rudely just a few inches to my face. She also said she was not afraid to loose her job and identified herself as Jessica. She then pointed to the manager; a Spanish woman standing close by the register who was saying nothing but allowed her employee to continue being rude and aggressive towards me. Insanity to the highest level. Beware! If you’ve had similar experiences do report it past the general managers who are all Spanish. When an employee in customer service is ok with picking fights with customers and acting out without fear of being reprimanded by a manager; you know they are thick as thrives and will cover for each other in any situation. That kind of toxicity is scary for a customer’s welfare. They need to be removed from this area of business. Noodles and company is a reputable business and it’s disheartening to see the level of God awful customer service some folks have to receive. It felt very personal the malicious way I was treated. Read moreI have visited this location multiple times and each time I was serviced by VERY rude/nasty employee's with horrible attitudes. Management needs to provide better training, or training period! When I ask questions, I receive rude responses, folks acting like they're being bothered/don't want to be be there. I agree with other reviewers, the food takes a really long time to be prepared, tables are dirty, and I'm not shocked about the mice complaint. I like the food, but I'm done spending my money at this place. If management is reading this, PLEASE be mindful of the people you hire. I've never posted a review before but I had to after my last visit (Saturday 11/24). I understand folks need a job, but if you're going to be rude to customers or have an attitude like you have better things to do, then STAY HOME or get a job where you don't have to interact...

The staff took care of us when they told us the dish we wanted wasn't in stock anymore, which was nice and much appreciated!
But... The table was extremely dirty (no exaggeration). I tried to wipe it lightly with a baby wipe, for my daughter, and couldn't even move it across the table because it was so sticky, and when I did left the wipe it was nearly black under neath! The entire table was that way.
After that I went to wash my hands to find a disheveled bathroom where the very used paper towel roll stood exposed on the countertop, right next to the sink, no paper or air on the wall.
