Worst customer service EVER!!!
Thank goodness This location is tucked away behind the shopping center, because if this was the first store you walked into, you’d be sorely disappointed and return home with nothing other than a sour day.
Having worked customer service, I can tell you this team isn’t it. My husband was asked to leave the store because he was not wearing a mask 😷 (though no mask mandate exists in the county). Either way, he kindly obliged. I Placed the order and paid at 4:54 pm… along with a courtesy cup of ice (which we were told we would be given) By 4:59, none of my smoothies were done. Manager went to the line and saw my smoothies were out of prep order. 5:05 pm, new customers have all got their smoothies( even people who arrived much later than I).
I received my smoothies after I raised my voice and asked wth was going on. Manager handed my smoothies with no ice cup at 5:09 pm…. 15 minutes after order was placed. When I requested the ice, she raised her voice and said “ I’m the manager here. And we don’t give ice!”
Miss manager, that is not how you speak to customers, and if your staff is offering customers items not on the menu, maybe that shows their poor training. Fix your attitude and give your staff training.

I usually go in the afternoon to get it, but today I went around 8 p.m. and ordered the Lil' Angel with no banana, substituting pineapple. The moment I tasted the smoothie, I noticed it wasn't sweet and had a bitter taste (no sugar added). So, I went back to the employee and asked why no sugar had been added. He looked at me and said that they normally don't add sugar to the drink, which seemed ridiculous to me because when I checked online, it listed sugar as an ingredient. He then told me that the strawberries have their own sugar, which I found odd. They didn't remake the drink; they just took it back and added sugar. After trying it again, I gave it back and asked for a refund. I Definitely felt embarrassed and smoothie king if something don't contain sugar plz state it clearly. I didnt asked for “Angel food Slim”. But they made me feel dumb when there's two types of smoothies of angel...

I placed an online order on 6/16 and it wasn’t ready when I arrived although I arrived 40 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. And when I asked the lady behind the counter if my order was ready she check the freezer but then went on and started making other smoothies she never said anything… so me being a patient person I am I waited another 15 minutes and then went up and asked another young lady about my order. Long story short, It wasn’t even made. I wasted more time and waited for my smoothie to be made. I didn’t see the name of the first young lady that I spoke to I just know that she was short had her hair in a ponytail and she was wearing one ear pod in her ear. She could’ve at least said some thing. Or made my smoothie instead she just went one making smoothies of other people around me instead of addressing that my smoothie...
