TERRIBLE I MEAN TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had ordered an order through DoorDash from here. The dasher did nothing wrong. I had ordered two chili cheese dogs NO ONION cheese fries and a bottle water as well as a pizza. The order came and only had one Small chili cheese dog WITH ONIONS. keep in mind for someone thatโs allergic to them. Then on top of that it was supposed to be a jumbo chili dog and what was jumbo about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Portillos has bigger hotdogs! Then when I tried to call the restaurant about the mistake they said they couldnโt do anything for me and that I needed to contact DoorDash. So I did. DoorDash worked with me and went through the order and seen I had PAYED MORE for a single chili dog then what the price is listed for yet was still charged for two. THATS NOT IT. I had then called the restaurant back and asked for a refund or credit on the chili dog because I had then discover the onion on it. not only did they charge me more for something and not give me the correct quantity but got the order wrong completely when I made it very specific not to add onion. you would think a large business like this would do more for their customers to satisfy them so that way they come back. After I ordered and went to pay, the lady at the window was having a hard time applying my rewards to the order because they just got a new system. With out rewards my total was $26. With rewards applied, my total went down to $7! I told her not to worry about it and I will use the reward points next time. She persisted and eventually called over the manager to help her. They teamed up together to get this resolved. After at least 5-7 minutes, the manager handed me my card and said that my meal was comped. I was surprised and puzzled. When I asked her why, she said that because the new system was rejecting my rewards and my form of payment (there was plenty of $ on the card) she didn't want me to wait for them to figure it out and my food to get cold. She comped my meal and told me to have a great day! Not knowing what to do, I thanked her and decided to write this review letting everyone know that this Buona location stands out from the rest. Coincidentally, the driver had been pulling up and Karina (Spelling Iโm not sure but she had a thick Latin accent and told me Karina) shared this information with me. I told her โBeautiful thanks so muchโ and then she just hung up the phone on me. I proceeded to call her back and ask her if she was having a bad day and I taught her that from now on she should tell customers thank you and have a great day and have a great night. She sarcastically then repeated exactly what I said โHave a great day and have a great nightโ
Note to managers: This type of employee who just wants to get out of there and go home is not the type of employee you want working in your establishment.
