TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Common sense, not all that common here

Called to place an order as a first time guest because of all the reviews. I wanted to confirm the location & asked the lady who answered where they are located, literally this happened less than 5min ago. She responds Chicago. Clearly I had the wrong number, so I searched for Glendale heights and ended up calling the same number with the same representative. I informed her the website says Glendale Heights but what city are you in. She responds Glendale Heights, I thought you asked the "state" that's why I said Chicago. I said the state is Illinois not Chicago, she said ma'am I couldn't hear you when you asked. I responded why didn't you ask me to repeat myself....

I go on to provide name & number however she enters wrong number thus I ask to speak with someone else. A guy gets on the phone & calls me an entirely different name than what I provided. I correct him & provide my name again, he still addresses me as someone else! I disconnected the call. The level of INCOMPETENCE the highest bar I've ever come across so far in the food industry. IDC how many good reviews there are. Customer service is key! Total waste!!

It was one of my favorite pizza place going back to rosatis I spend 75 to 80 a week orders get messed up to often for my liking now today order family lasagna with meat ball n sasauge only but no meat also order a slice of pizza n guess no pizza called driver and genersos said will arrive shortly they said would send slice n missing meats I said would take to long just the pizza n give me credit I live 5 minutes away took a hour to bring his pizza also brought the missing meat why do I want it a hour later ate what had then gergio came to drop off I asked why so long he stated they have other customers to take care of sorry you lost me now made kids cry saying didn't order me dinner I made pizza here fresh ate it before his slice arrived should have been a priority n not treated like straight trash a long time supposed...

I have never bothered to spend my time writing a review before but this place deserves it!

The pizza is outstanding! I stopped in for the 2 slices and pop special. One slice would have been plenty. Each slice was delicious and filling. The quality of the food was a lot higher than I expected and a lot better than some of the most popular pizza joints in the city.

Not only was the food fantastic, but the service was even better. It was my first time there and right away I was greeted and treated like a family friend or a next door neighbor that you actually like. I was pleasantly surprised. Not many businesses nowadays do this anymore and it is nice to know that one still exists.

I will definitely be back more often to try all the other items...
