Smoothie King — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

I work for a Smoothie King and this location is SHADY, CHEAP, AND RUDE. Frist, guests are never greeted and THEY REFUSE TO TAKE COUPONS. Telling me that I got this coupon from Naperville? The specific one I was using was included in a POP (promo) kit that they had all the other posters and cling ons for! Also EVERY COUPON SCANS! At the store I work at in FL I see many coupons (even expired ones) that I have never seen before and guess what, they scan! Aside from that, had ordered 3 drinks - pineapple surf, banana boat add chocolate, and an island impact. My island impact is a classic pineapple mango so the coloring should be yellow. What I got were 2 pineapple surfs (light pink in color) THATS NO BIG DEAL! I mess up on drinks too. But when I questioned what was in the drink I was ignored by what seemed to be the owner?! (Older man behind the counter in street clothes.) Then I ask again "Are there strawberries in the island impact? Because I think it's just pineapple mango..." Someone dealing with another guest has to interrupt their transaction to let me know they will check for me because the man I am talking to is IGNORING ME! Finally they print out the recipe and say "well I will make another and if it comes out the same color then you are okay with that one" and motions toward the drink already on the counter. DESERVES ZERO STARS. I went in today at around 11:30am. There was two employees (the usual) but I couldn’t believe what I witnessed. There was a guy in front of me and the girl called him up to take his order, but she was literally having a whole conversation on her phone and the guy was just standing there not knowing what to do. She was giggling and saying bye to whoever was on the phone. This was literally her: “Okay bye ahaha okay okay I said bye omg!” I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. Then to top it off, the guy and I sat down to wait for our smoothies and I saw the guy who was working there with a large smoothie for himself sipping on it in the front while the girl told him to drink it. They both walked to the back for about 3 minutes giggling. It was so awkward because the other guy and I were just like, “Is this seriously happening?” I spent 20 minutes here for one smoothie and only one other customer in store, so it definitely should have not taken this long. If you guys are planning on going plan spending at least 30 minutes here. Never...

This was my first & prob last time in this place. Very disorganized. Only 2 people working on a Friday at 1145am. The cashiers did not work in any kind of order, nor did they communicate with each other or the customer as they entered or waited for them to be READY to take an order. After being charged wrong and not being able to ask any questions about the charge ( she told me I would have to talk to someone else that wasn't avail to me) After customers after me rcvd their orders 1 got 1of 2 . When I inquired about my 2nd smoothie , cashier said ohh you have another one( heavy sigh).. couple more customers are given their order. Then comes my 2nd one. She looked at me & said its a bit short , Do you want me to fix it ? This was 15 min after I placed the order initially !!! WHen i walked in , there were only 2 people in front of me. I would recommend going to TROPICAL SMOOTHIE , its a couple miles away and is MUCH BETTER . tastes better...
