Ameci Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Glendale

Better luck at shakeys! The service at this location is horrible. Guy on the phone/register is the worst (seems to be the boss,terrible attitude) There was three guys huddled around the kitchen, two of them were wearing sweatpants so I assume they own the place. All three seem very busy but also the register guy and the cook kept just staring over and over, I was just sitting. When I was given the wrong pizza, I was almost made to feel guilty for not taking it. The words “what’s wrong you don’t like pineapple” were said. When I finally got my pizza. I had to Remind them my order was incomplete. My wings had been ready for a while just sitting in a plastic container while the correct pizza was being made. Every time I approached the register guy I felt like he was going to scream at me. In the end I didn’t feel comfortable eating at this location. It’s almost like they didn’t want me there. There was a lot of going in and out of the building. But not alot of washing hands after delivering things. Judging by the amount of times they left the building and answered the phone I’m sure to go orders and deliveries are what keeps this place alive. The hospitality is definitely not there. Pizza was okay not worth getting treated...

New to the area and we just picked a random pizza place that would deliver, after a rough day. I called Ameci Pizza Kitchen, then can you believe this happened ....... They arrived early, Thank you ChowNow, and then they put me into a huge personal dilemma! I have a home town pizza place, Maria's Pizza, that has ALWAYS been, for me, the BEST pizza PERIOD, .......... The pizza I ate on that night was, I must admit, the best pizza, I have EVER had! I even felt it necessary, to call and personally thank the manager, who was genuinely appreciative that what he and staff were doing, had such an impact on someone. Oh hey, this place is really good actually. We've been getting water next door for a few months now and today we noticed the pizza spot next door. After getting some water we tried it out and wow, it's pretty good! Will definitely be coming back!

The pizza dough was soft with the slightest, SLIGHTEST crunch. Was juicy, not overly sauced, was just.... Good. I don't often come across places I enjoy eating in Burbank/Glendale, but this is definitely one!!!!
