They deserve the greatest recognition for their unwavering dedication to providing excellent customer service and their attempts to help every compatriot, particularly those who come from far-off regions.

Under the outstanding direction of Mr. Muños, the entire team shown an exceptional degree of professionalism, attention, and sincere concern for each visitor. Throughout my entire stay, I could see how diligently they were working.
Despite the frequently busy atmosphere, the consulate personnel displayed unmatched efficiency and organization. They expertly controlled the influx of people while ensuring that everyone had a smooth and orderly experience. The waiting room had a pleasant, welcome environment because it was cozy, tidy, and well-kept.

With the utmost patience and knowledge, Mr. Muños and his team were always available to offer advice, assist with essential papers, and respond to any concerns or queries.
Purchase a money order across the hallway in office #930. They charged a 4 dollar fee for the $75 money order. 2.Street parking is okay there is 30 minute parking for 50 cents and 2hrs. Park at 2hrs since you'll be there forever. 3.Even if you make an appointment, their system is always conveniently down, so you will have to stand in line like everyone else. If the line forms outside the door, expect to wait for more than 2 hours. We got there at 9:30am and had made an appointment for 10:00am. We got to the front of the line at 11:25am. 4.After they attend you at the registration window and pay the passport fee, you'll have to wait at the chairs to be called to take your picture, which will take 30mins to an hour. We were done with this step at 12:30pm (3 hours after we arrived) 5.once you take your picture, you'll be asked to wait again to be called for your passport. They told us to return after 2:30pm so we went to get lunch and returned back to wait for our name to be called. We received the new passport at...
Read moreI was currently present on May 9th (Mother's Day Weekend)and heard who I believe is the Consulate speak to the attendees. She congratulated all of the mothers, brought sandwiches and drinks for everyone - a very nice speech and gesture! She also explained why they moved the location from downtown LA to a much nicer location in Glendale, CA. The new location has access to restrooms, an area for kids and more space for people to seat. I've read the comments previous to mine, and I'm sure there's truth behind some of the complaints. However, it felt like they are genuinely trying to change the culture. It's nice to see that they care for...
