Around dinner time after 6pm today, I waited for over 5-10 minutes directly in front of the side menu drive thru speaker. Not a single word or greeting from any of the staff. Waited patiently until I began to say hello more than 7x. A vehicle pulled up behind me probably why I haven’t moved forward.
Thinking perhaps something or an issue with their microphone so I drove forward to the window and immediately the Hispanic man began taking order from the car that was behind me. So I said excuse me but I was first and I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes in front of the speaker. He ignored me and placed a hand in front telling me to wait. So once he was done taking order for the vehicle behind me, I told him again I’ve been waiting to order and said hello multiple times. He argued back stating he was looking at the camera and I was not there so he didn’t see me. I said it again I’ve been waiting and I was ahead of the car he just took order from. Instead of apologizing he had an attitude and mocked my words as if I was making a story up. The. Sarcastically said, “so what’s your order?” From that moment on even if I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs before, I just looked at the man and I lost my appetite and told him forget it, so I just drove off. Never again will I return to this worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru burger place. They probably need to stop hiring uneducated ghetto people and perhaps gain more customers instead of losing them.
I will never again return there and I will be informing other people and students at a near by school of how bad the customer service is at that Troys. I’m a parent of a student from a nearby school and we often go to this place during after school. But now that...
Read moreMy experience today was horrible because the employees were obviously more interested in there chatter . I sat at the drive thru window , while 3 male employees continued there playful chatter . I was never greeted but instead a price for the fries was yelled out the window with a hand out to receive $$ . I tried asking the employee who received my cash if he would put each order of fries in separate bags . But instead I could not get his attention because of all the playing between 3 employees continued . All this giggling & one of the employees looked me in the eyes and called me word in Spanish . Unfortunately I understand Spanish & speak it fluently . I asked to speak to Tony the manager in charge and all he could say was that "NO THESE GUYS WOULD NEVER SAY THAT BECAUSE HE HAS NEVER HEARD THIS FROM HIS EMPLOYEES. I let the manager know that we have coming to this restaurant for 18+ years and will never come back . Tony did not care and is running a restaurant that is not what we have always enjoyed and loved the staff . Very sad that Tony the manager was so intent on making excuses & defending the treatment we...
Read moreThe food Generally speaking is Good, but the Customer Service is Zero over Zero..... You say Good Morning.... They don't answer.. You say Hello..... They don't answer.. Huh, Not a big deal..... You the owners are there inside the restaurant every day, sitting and watching the customers and what they order, and how they eat... Now I know you wanna make money, but at least teach your employees what we call it .... A Good Customer Service.... The training is Free ...... And it's Interesting.....Away from the race and color, but I have been here many times ..... When they find that you speak Spanish, the employees faces become so wide smiling, and they give the best of their energy and smile.... But when you Speak English, they would give that crook face to you.... Well, All Respect to the Language.....I think next time we need to learn some Spanish and Enter this Restaurant, so they would give you some Small Smile..... Good Job in your Customer...
