I have gone to this place once and I will never go there again, I bought a 3 piece set for somebody and it came broken in the box. When I brought it back they told me they couldnât not exchange it, so it had to be fixed it took 3 days. When getting it back they tried giving me only 1 part of the 3 pieces, when I asked for the other two pieces of the 3 piece set and they could not find the two pieces. It took a very long time for the employee to figure out what to do, they later gave me a new one. They could have given me a new set from the begging to save a trip back. If I could I would give this place zero star, and also tell my friends to never buy anything...

I hate going to that store beacuse of the level of thier service , i only went there beacuse i got a gift i had to exchane ! And an old lady with a grumpy face is there to help which never really helps! she hardly Greets you! I wish I could see the owner and tell him this is not the way to deal with a custemer if you sale top class product ... you must give top class service too ( I bought Micheal Aram ) which is peace of trash đ west of money ! It changes colors ...not with what you pay for ! Save your time...

They should learn how to communicate before opening up a store that caries high end designer pieces like Michael Aram etc. Their pricing is like $5-10 dollars less than Macy's but I'm not willing to save that tiny amount and be treated like a trash!!! All their employees are aggressive and seem to be mad 24/7. The store looks clean and pretty and I'm sure the owners spent hundred thousands of dollars to open and operate this business, but with that kind of customer service, they'll easily go out...
