Tarme Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Glendale

Tarme catered my 60th birthday party last weekend, and all their food is phenomenal! Not only was the food delivered to my house, not only was the hot food hot and the cold food cold, everything was delicious! Everyone raved at how great the food was! We got the Catering Party for 35 people, we had about 32 there and there was enough of everything (well, ALMOST everything, the Kabobs were pretty much decimated!) I grew up in Glendale, but when I see the names of half the dishes, I don't know what they mean, but I can tell you that they were delicious! They delivered everything on time with no mistakes! I do recommend getting a chaffing dish set from Party City or Smart and Final for the hot dishes. For the cold dishes, just get extra empty foil trays and put ice in them to keep the salads cold.

I'm only giving 1 star to the restaurant service. This young woman by the name Aya who claims to be the manager couldn't tell me if their rice was basmalti. When asked, she she says "you can think whatever you want the rice to be" HOW RUDE! I really wanted to try the place but with this attitude do you think people want to place an order, when they are trying this place out for the 1st time? I also asked if they had online specials, I was told " ARE YOU GOING TO PLACE THE ORDER OR NOT" wow I don't think you should ever be in the food industry if you cant provide simple customer service over the phone. So far Horrible customer service. Where do these people think they get income from? Hello their customers.

The food is good. The workers are not listening to you just they place the order, one month ago I ordered Shawrma, the fat lady she helped me, she is so rude , it looks like she is the owner. I told her I don’t won’t rice, I am not eating rice, she said I alrady charged you with yelling tone, I said it’s ok you charged me do not put the rice, she said do you want Bulger, I said yes that’s perfect. When I received the order I surprised that she put rice, I told her she didn’t listen to me, if someone else will not go out if she didn’t changed it. Is she stupid to force someone to eat rice, she doesn’t have a customer service, and I brought the shawarma at home and surprised it’s too salty un eatable, and it’s not Shawarma, just they cut the meat.
