Worst experience we've had TBH..to start off even though the place looked half empty we go to check in and it's a 40min wait my bf had just gotten off of work & we were both pretty hungry not alot of places were open given it was around 10:15pm on a Sunday so we drove 20mins to get there. When we did check in we walked around for a few minutes and noticed we never received the check in message so we went back to make sure the lady at the front had written down our number correctly and she hadn't, we give her the right one. Once we receive the text that our table was ready (at the bar area which we didn't request) a young lady walks us to a table (that still had crumbs on it) seats us and walks away. We are sitting there waiting for about 15 minutes and nobody approaches us other than a waitress who attempted to hand us someone else's order, my bf let's her know we hadn't even been helped yet but she just walks away and continues to search for the right customer My bf gets up asks the girl in the front if we can have some menus to look at while we wait which she then brings over to us. The bartender later comes & takes our drink orders not much after that we place our order, which they were out of the hot buffalo sauce for the wings as well as the strawberry lemonade, ok not a big deal we choose a different flavor and different drink. So we are sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting for our food I'm sure the server could tell we were getting upset as they close at 12 and it was now 11:45pm he tells us it'll be one more minute then disappears for the next 10-15 minutes we were getting ready to just leave but we were trying to be patient after waiting so long we just wanted to eat. Still no sign of the bartender/server then after a lady brings out our food which looked really good other than dry in the sauce after my bf had asked for extra sauce, the original guy server then finally comes out to see how things were we just ask for extra sauce and begin to eat. Soon as I take a couple bites I notice a dark, short curly hair on my wings! I am disgusted put my food down as I just can't take one more bite. Side note I am six months pregnant so my stomach is already sensitive as it is I am extremely disappointed after all I just wanted to eat I let my bf know he then looks down and inspects his plate and there is a straight hair on his plate as well! Is this a joke?! By the time the server comes out with the sauce we let him know and ask for his manager as the whole experience is now just overboard. The manager comes out and we will tell him about the situation he looks at the plate and says he doesn't see anything so then I have to put it up to his face and point it out, you can tell he has no idea what to say he didn't even seem surprised at the fact. All he says is he's sorry he can make us new plates, now who would want to wait another hour for a plate from a cook who has no sense of sanitation??? We refused then get up and walk away, extremely upset, hungry and disappointed at the entire situation including how the manager treated the issue. I have been in customer service for almost 10yrs, in my opinion it would have been considerate of him to offer a gift card to take to a different location of some sort given we wasted our gas there and back or just for the simple fact that we wasted so much of our time all to have a very unpleasant situation on empty stomachs. We weren't looking to score a free meal we just wanted a meal we could enjoy on a small night out before going back to start our new work week tomorrow. It was something we wanted to make the manager (bald guy) aware of but now seems like it didn't make a difference, maybe this post will have someone higher up look into it and take care of any...
Read moreLet me start this off by saying I have NEVER left a google or yelp review to complain, no matter the situation. But what happened to me and my 4 friends last night at this Buffalo Wild Wings in west gate was just unbelievable. My friends and I showed up to the BWW at a decent time before it got too crazy. We got sat and the server whose is Xavier immediately came to take our drink order. He then comes back with the drinks and asks us if we’re ready to order. Us 5 placed our order in, and not even exaggerating but our food came out within 2 minutes. The food comes out, and the food is ice cold. I ordered 10 wings and received 8. My friend ordered 10 wings and received 8. And my other friend ordered 5 wings and received 4. The fries were stale and cold also. So, when the server came back we expressed our concerns and he apologized and took it back. Then, 2 minutes later the food is back. The food was the exact same thing but all they did was reheat it. So we’re just sitting there like did they really just pop our food in the microwave? Clearly it was old food already since we received our order 2 minutes after it was placed. So one of my friends then asks if we can speak to a manager, cause at this point we just want to forget about the wings and not eat it. Our server says that he threw away the food and took a picture of food in the trash and showed my friend, but it wasn’t even her order so even the server lied to our faces. But Jon, one of the managers in training was very understanding and sweet and told my friend he would remove the wings off her bill. Our server comes back, and says the actual manager who is not in training whose name is MICHAEL told our server “tell them to leave a yelp review”. As Michael walked by we called him over and he was super rude and we just asked if we can get our bills so we can leave. He then walked away and was shaking his head and laughing. He then brings out the bills, and there was 2 order of wings on my bill when I only ordered 1. So my fiancé calls over Michael again and asks him politely to remove one of the wings on our bill since we only ordered the 1 order of wings. Michael again was very rude and asked us to LEAVE because we sent our food back and he got the bills wrong? So we asked if we can have Jon do the bills because we didn’t feel comfortable with Michael having our cards especially by the way he was an acting towards us. Jon then took ours cards and went ahead and paid the bills..
The thing is, Michael is the actual manager and he never once apologized to us or asked us if theres anything he can do. He legit just told us to leave and laughed, shook his head as he’s walking away, told our server to tell them to leave a yelp review because he doesn’t care. We weren’t making a scene whatsoever we asked politely and calmly, it was Michael who wanted to make the scene and that’s what than pissed us all off. Jon who’s a manager in training, was the only one who was understanding of the situation and treated us with respect, he should be the one managing the store. Read moreWe came in for dinner. When we came in the greeter didn't say anything to us no hello no nothing. We stood there waiting still nothing. It wasn't busy at all. I then asked "oh do we sit ourselves is it self seating" and she says on no and says would you guys like to eat here? I'm thinking nah we're jst standing here for the hell of it. She then sits us down and I noticed the Restraunt was extremely dirty the floors, also lots of dirty tables still sitting there not being cleaned off. It took the server a while to finally come take our drink order. I would say we waited about 25 -30 mins for her to come. Then we she came to take the drink order, My husband says can I have a lemonade and the first thing she says is "oh I have to let you know it's non refillable drink" like why would you say that? Is it because we are colored? Then when another family came and they seated them right next to us, I over heard her taking their order and a guy asked for lemonade she didn't tell them the lemonade was a non refillable drink she asked him would you like strawberry or regular? So I felt like she said that to us because she thought we couldn't afford a non refillable drink. Then the food came out and it was luke warm some even cold not hot at all. We asked for no seasoning on the fries. But when the fries came out we asked her to have them remake it. Then when she brought the fries out they didn't look remade they looked like she just went and rewarmed them up and brought it back out. She never came to check on us at all. Didn't come ask if we needed refills, deserts, anything. So for that the service which was horrible, including a dirty Restraunt it deserves no tip. Maybe the family who you gave them the option of choosing strawberry or regular lemonade can tip you. :) I don't even know the servers name but she was tall, skinny and had two braids. Working the area of the side where the restrooms are located. The greeter had glasses and short hair and I believe some color in it as well. We probably won't be back at all. This place is dirty and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't come here, go to yard...
