Was in the neighborhood shopping and ordered my pizza and parmesan garlic rolls through the amazingly easy app which I have used so many times over the course of the last year, specifically on a 10 week 35 state cross country road trip. But tonight was easy enough. I wanted a carry out order and the app pointed me in the direction of a very close Domino's on Colorado Street in Glendale. I was less than ten minutes away and about 5 minutes after arriving my order was ready. Great pizza and great garlic rolls. I had a chicken, onion, and spinach carryout large pizza special for $7.99 plus tax. The order was perfect and the pizza tasted great. The value for the price and what you get is outstanding! Garlic rolls really good, hot, flavorful, and perfectly crusty on the outside! The employees were busy but kept things moving very smoothly. They were very friendly and appeared to really keep things clean and organized. This Domino's is the corner unit of a small strip mall but it looks like it really does a lot of carry out business. The employees working tonight really knew what they were doing and kept things moving. Great job. Also everything about the place was well lit and clean. I could see beyond the counter into the kitchen and it wasn't messy, just busy. And the small space of the storefront was spotless. I am glad I ordered from here tonight as I am in this area frequently and will remember this great experience and will...
Read moreVery unorganized staff. I noticed one staff member overwhelmed while the others didn't seem to know what they were doing. They need a manager or maybe the store owner present to make sure things get handled correctly. I ordered online and upon arriving I was handed my order by the a female staffer. She had the receipt in her hand and handed me my boxes and bag with my salad. I ASSUMED since she had my receipt in her hand and she looked at it that my order was correct. I should not have assumed and I SHOULD HAVE double checked. Upon getting home I realised MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG. All wrong except my Salad. I couldn't believe it. She checked my receipt and still got all 3 other items wrong. The pizza was wrong..and instead of the 2 orders of chicken wings, I was given bread. How can you mix chicken and bread up??? I drove back to the store and the one staffer that seemed to be doing all the work immediately gave me my correct order. I wanted a refund but didn't ask for it and instead just took my items and left. Tge chicken wings were NOT good. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid. One star for the Pizza...
Read moreThis store was open on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day last year, so for that reason alone, I can't give them more than two stars. It is unreasonable and unfair to require employees give up two important family holidays so your business can make a few extra bucks. That is greed, pure and simple, and it is wrong. That is why I will never do business with this location again, or any others owned by this franchisee, and I urge you to boycott them as well.
And I'm sorry to say that because there is very nice staff working here. It was a busy night when I went there to pick up a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and some wings, and it took a little longer than I was promised, but the counter people were friendly and accountable and I could tell they were swamped, so I wasn't too upset. The Philly isn't Gino's or Pat's of South Philly, but it does the job and the wings are always good. This is a good Domino's location. It is convenient to me, and the people working there are cool. But like I said, I can't support any business that demands it's workers work on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Boycott...
