Papaya Pastry — Restaurant in Glendale

Horrible!!!!! Ruined my event. I asked for a 12 person cake with teady bear and ballons coming out and ontop with cross. White and gold ballons. Cake to be white with gold trim. Paid $200 for it. She showed me what she supposedly did before and I picked that and sent multiple pics of what I wanted. What I got was not even round ballons with 40 person huge cake. They didn't even want to give me q box to put them in. I made them make a box for it. Crosses look horrible. I mean I have no words!!!!!!!! And the owner was mean and horrible. Made me cry!!!!! The cake looked dirty ontop and what's worse it was horrible taste like they made it 3 or 4 days ago. The message was suppose to be top. The cake looks broken like a child made it. Nothing about this is professional. Trim is broken part not connecting in multiple places. Update she used foam balls as the top balls and covered it eith fundone which no one knew. My guest bite into it....

Worst bakery Ever! I bought traditional pastry (Gata) from this store and before making the purchase, asked the cashier if it was fresh, she assured me it was. When I went home and tried to open the wrap around it, the entire top layer came off. It was very dry, tasted like it was 4-5 days old. They should throw away such stale products rather than selling them to make more money...... My family loves Gata and we buy it quite often. It's happened that we have previously bought not very fresh Gata from other stores but they tasted good and looked reasonable and soft. Never ever looking like this picture, as hard as a stone and tasting...

I really like the pastry’s but unfortunately costumer service is really really bad, they should work on their client approach ,they really need someone professional who can take order for cakes. Unfortunately our experience with Parisa was really bad! We end up getting our money back from her and going somewhere else. She called us and refused to make our cake the way we wanted and kept bringing excuses, she told me she wanted to order stuff from amazon and will send me pictures so I can see and choose?! Which cake maker does that! You simply order and get out.No one has told me...
