My wife and I chose The Melting Pot for our first wedding anniversary, hoping for a memorable evening, and it certainly delivered. Upon entering, we were greeted by a warm and romantic setting, complete with dim lighting and soft background music, perfect for our special night. We were comfortably seated in a cozy, private booth. The menu at The Melting Pot offered us an exciting and interactive dining experience. We decided on the "4C Ultimate Romance for 2" special package and the "Big Night Out" which included a delightful spinach artichoke cheese fondue. Each course was a delight, starting with the rich, cheese fondue complemented by an array of fresh breads and vegetables. Also had great gluten free options. Our main course included a variety of meats and vegetables, making for a fun and engaging meal as we cooked them to our liking right at our table. What truly made our evening special was the exceptional service provided by our server Gillian C. She was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring everything was tailored perfectly to our needs. Gillian’s recommendations were excellent, and her timing with each course was impeccable, allowing us to savor each moment of our meal without feeling rushed. Choosing The Melting Pot for our anniversary was a fantastic decision. The combination of delicious food, a lovely ambiance, and outstanding service from Gillian made our celebration truly memorable. We highly recommend The Melting Pot for anyone looking to celebrate a significant occasion or simply in search of a wonderful dining experience. Thanks to Gillian and the team, our evening was absolutely perfect. I just wish we remembered to get the photo from them that they took of us at the beginning when we were seated.

OVERALL - meh 😕 Okay so, LOCATION - very difficult to find; cannot see restaurant from the road, & barely from the parking lot, especially while meandering throughout the driveway, being careful of other cars. I eventually found it, on the back side of the shopping complex, next to, "Glendale Insurance Llc." We park, walk up to building, & eventually find the front entrance. FIRST IMPRESSION - It's very very dark inside, & smells like, tuna. NEXT IMPRESSIONS - Nice booths of different sizes, some w/ curtains, very high backs, for good privacy, & darkness = ambiance. YOU CALL THAT A, MOJITO - Gross, flat, no bubbles, no rock sugar, no muddled mint; there was only, a few mint leaves just there, too much simple syrup, cringe amount of alcohol (instant headache, no fun), & a couple dry lime pieces. A mojito, that was not 😰 RESTROOM (W) - Beautiful!!! Spacious & calmly decorated. Downside was, no touch-free anythings; flush, soap, sinks, & paper towels. WAITRESS - She was very nice, patient, listened, & explained how the menu & everything worked. FOOD - cheese round - thin cheese soup, zero flavor, & super drippy. Salad round - my Cesar salad, was warm & floppy, w/ no tang or crunch. My mom's salad, had a chunk of frozen lettuce. Meat & oil round - the, "Mojo" oil mix, was a yummy choice; I could taste it, on the asparagus, but not at all, on my steaks, but, I did enjoy eating my bits of cow. Dessert round - creme brulee fondue, supposedly, anyway. Idk how to describe it, but other than the waitress setting it ablaze, it was quite lackluster. I did enjoy the fresh fruit, but just to eat, not dip. OVERALL - HORRIFICALLY EXPENSIVE, for meh food. 😶

Romantic and intimate, if thats what your looking for. Casual and carefree, if that what you feel like. This place, or rather any Melting pot you go to, nailed that upscale casual atmosphere they advertise on their website. To be honest, I have dined here in nice work out clothes before lol. Service is always exceptional everytime I have been here. Not one single visit did I have bad service at this or any other location. Be prepared to drop some $$$ to get the full experience. Just make it easy on yourself and order from one of the four course options. And at the same time be prepared to cook your own food. I will not get into the details here, because if you are reading reviews then you must have an idea at what I mean about cooking your own food. If you are clueless, check out the website, its pretty informative. What I will tell you is to get the Mojo broth. The fiesta was my least fave cheese option. The only cheese fondue I didnt try was the spinach artichoke. I found all 4 salad choices were good. The four course options are all great choices except for the pacific rim and vegetarian. I did not try those, and they do not look appealing. I liked all dessert options so good luck there. Enjoy! I know I will be back soon to enjoy it again.

I'll preface this review by saying how the waitress, hostess, manager, the whole service team were absolutely amazing. When we called and made the reservation 2 weeks in advance, we asked for a private booth. They said they can provide a private booth based on availability. When we arrived, we noticed it wasn't the private booth. We asked about that and they gladly swapped us to the private booth in the back. There was no one else back there. The waitress and hostess helped carry the rose petals and menus to the back. The food was delicious. We ordered the all you can eat option thats available for a limited time only. My partner and I have gone to another location in Miami so we knew what we're doing. We timed all the meats and seafood cooking. We've gone to other restaurants that provide all you can eat hot pot or kbbq. The melting pot isn't much different in terms of that "cook it yourself" experience. We love it. That being said, later that night, I did end up with food poisoning. At 1:30am I wasn't feeling good. The whole shebang. Was not fun. I cant tell if maybe that was on our part for maybe not cooking something correctly...despite keeping a close eye on it and having experience in how to do it. Or if it was the cream puff we had with our chocolate fondue dessert. Here's another instance where I really appreciated the service. We ordered all 3 extras for the dessert. The cream puffs did not taste normal. Something seemed wrong with them. My partner mentioned it in case they mightve been expired. The waitress went and checked on it. They were fine in terms of the date. So we honestly have no clue what happened. But we decided not to finish those puffs. Because of our complaint, the waitress was very kind to let us take home extra pound cake, brownies and macaroons. Considering how late after closing it already was, I was shocked at how generous they were being. I felt so bad about us being the last ones left in the restaurant a whole hour after closing. But it did take us a while to get through the all you can eat and cooking times. As we were leaving I asked about buying their seasoning, the garlic and wine seasoning. I absolutely loved it and wanted to know if I can buy it online. The waitress said the manager was willing to let me have it for the troubles from those cream puffs. Again, I was shocked at their generosity and kindness.

So again, I wanted this review to show how amazing the service was. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They definitely went above and beyond for everything. Never been to a restaurant anywhere in any of the states I've lived in that was that kind and generous. I would absolutely come back. But I'd come back at an earlier time so as to not end up staying so late. The food for the most part was delicious, the only exception being those cream puffs. The drinks, very tasty. It was very unfortunate what ended up happening later in the night but despite it, I really enjoyed it at the melting pot and would definitely return. We ended up spending a total of $285 including tip for just us two. But we got a few drinks and the extras. It was well worth it for an extravagant belated...

Last night I went to the melting pot for the first time to celebrate my birthday. We had a great meal, the food was excellent, the service by our server Megan was top-notch, and the atmosphere was romantic. The atmosphere food service and menu prices all spoke to a nice fine dining restaurant.

However, at the conclusion of our meal I was presented with an experience that was far from a fine dining experience. Our bill was presented in a check presenter as usual, and when our server came to pick up our payment she had a digital device. She proceeded to attempt to process our payments at the table with her device. We had three cards we gave her, one gift card, and two credit cards we were looking to split the remaining of the bill. We sat there while she struggled to run the gift card on the device and it didn’t work so she went back to process it on the computer. She then returned to process the other two cards at our table in front of us. The most interesting and uncomfortable experience occurred when she presented me with the digital device with some boxes to provide her a tip. So there I am sitting at this nice fine dining table with a digital device in my face being forced to select a tip without any opportunity to digest what I want to do while the server is waiting for me to press a button. I could not believe the experience I received at such a fine dining restaurant with my payments being processed at the table using a digital device and being forced to select a tip while sitting at the table and having the server struggle over processing our payments because of the computer challenges.

This left a sour end to a beautiful dinner. I’m still don’t believe that management would think it’s OK to run payments in this fashion and have their customers tip in this fashion at such a nice restaurant. If I wanted this experience I would’ve gone to Chili’s or Applebee’s but instead I was paying premium prices and expecting a premium experience. I go to a restaurant like this because I don’t want to see screens in my face... nevertheless forced into having to make a quick decision about compensation for a server while the server is staring at me holding a screen in my face. I absolutely don’t fault the server, I felt management for putting the server in this position with this protocol. Megan...
