Good pizza! Reasonable pricing, thanks for the good attitude and good manager, busy end of Christmas Day, while most food chain pizzas were closed and we’re tired of leftovers... they’re open and absolutely very busy order took a little long, he politely apologized, and I didn’t mind the wait I paid and quietly styled on the side, after 10 Minutes I checked was ready, they gave me my super delicious pizza and offered couple of drinks for the wait... he didn’t have to I was already happy to take the pizza, but that little act of kindness and customer appreciation counts! See two totally different experiences in one day, both holiday, both same block same Armenian community but big difference in the outcome, shahreza bakery sucked 0 score out of 10 with stupid old cake took my money returned the cake 0 refund and got disrespected, and has a bad “manager” .... pizza man won 10 out of 10 professional service yummy food! Fresh off a day's flight to start our vacation and looking for some food. We stopped in to see if there was gluten free option but stayed to order a small pizza for our son. What a wonderful experience we had. Kind and personable attention we got from the owner and family members working. Pictures of famous people on the walls. Fast and generous service (thank you for the additional pizza custom for my husband and I! 💜). There was a pizza and burger place across the road, and we could have gone there, but this felt comfortable like home because of the people. It really made all of our day and the pizza was great! Our son kept saying how nice they were and how great the pizza was. It really perked him up. We plan to go back again before we leave for the Disneyland part of our visit. Customer service is very very bad. While ordering the guy cut me off multiple times and tried to finish my order while I was still trying to add items. Didn't think much of it, and he said they'd be there in 30 minutes.

20 minutes later I get a phone call which I missed because I wasn't expecting it. I assume this was the delivery driver. I immediately called back and got no answer. Waited a minute, called again, no answer. Checked my voicemail, no message. Waited 3 minutes, called, no answer. 5 minutes, called, no answer. Waited 30 minutes (now an hour past my initial order), and called the restaurant. Guy says he has no idea what I'm talking about, and I end up never...
