Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Glendale

The customer service is very much lacking at this location. No one smiled or said good morning to me though I noticed that other customers were greeted a lot more warmly. The wait was quite long, about 15 minutes, for a Sunday morning at 10 30 a.m. The thing that bothered me most is that all the customers who were Armenian were called by name. The Hispanic woman and I, the only non-Armenians, were not called by name. Instead, our drinks were announced instead. Why is that? Why are we just drinks and others were names? Our names were written on the drinks, so they could have read them. Our names were easy to pronounce, phonetically. All the employees obviously spoke English well. I question why I wasn't called by my name. This place made me uncomfortable...

I always buy my coffee from this location today I came to get my coffee, they charged me and didn’t even ask my name and gave my coffee right away and because I always go there I didn’t tell anything , I was one block away and unfortunately my coffee was cold and I dropped, I don’t know who’s coffee was that they gave me , usually when I get coffee it’s hot to burn till another hour and I have to open lid to be cool down that I can drink but this time it was cold and I’m not sure if they didn’t take sip from it too, this is not right u charge people and don’t care just because previous customer didn’t want that coffee you threw that coffee to...

If I could give this place one star I would. I went here to get me and and my daughter a drink but they messed up both of our drinks. I asked for a hot drink but instead the lady gives me the cold one. I said nicely I actually asked for a hot latte and she was so mad she threw out the drink and couldn’t let me finish talking. My daughter got a vanilla bean frap but they somehow messed that up to. The drink is brown and it tastes like she put no care into the drink at all. I am never coming here again. Just go to any...
