Subway — Restaurant in Glendale

Burnt my sandwich due to leaving it inside toaster past the beeping. And then refused to remake my sandwich when I told them they had toasted it to dark the lady then proceeded to argue with me about the sandwich to the point I had her just discard it completely. She wasn't even wearing a name tag or I'd put the name in her too. She was a short chubby Spanish lady everyone else was actually accommodating. She had a different shirt so I assume she was the manager but last time I checked subway was supposed to make it how you want to eat it. And if it's incorrect they'll remake it. Not here there simply to lazy and will just expect you to eat it anyways. Simply despicable after I stood in line for 15mins. Not to mention parking is horrible someone actually hit my car in the...

To the manager running this facility! Please help your staff understand the importance of hand hygiene.

This individual was at the register handling money. Bent to the floor and grabbed what appeared to be change. Then walked over to serve me. She grabbed a white paper without gloves and said," are you ready".

I replied, "no, can you wash your hands please" She washed in 5 seconds. Came back touched the same contaminated paper and asked, "what are you having"... multiple times like a broken record. I pointed to her the paper is contaminated with her hand germs. She kept touching everything including the white wrap paper. At that point I walked out. This individual was rude and unhygienic.

I've been coming here since they 1st opened up. Wow they sure have improved so much since then . Subway is great because the food is fresh and the keep the place clean.
