Paul and his team were absolutely wonderful! This was our first time buying a home but Paul was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, spending as much time as we needed going over the entire process (with reminders and explanations every step of the way until closing). We ran into all sorts of issues with funding, lender swaps, loan type changes, inspections, repairs, well agreement challenges, seller difficulties, etc. for months, all the way up to the day of closing (and after!), and often during very challenging and time-sensitive circumstances--Paul had our back the entire way and was constantly finding or recommending solutions.
