Forgot why I stopped coming here...barking dogs, smokers everywhere (and its not allowed, but no enforcement), dirty and under construction. Sure, go one, but go back and you aren't going to find anything but the stress of an overcrowded poor shopping experience. Sorry Americana but truth is the truth and people shouldn't suffer without knowing what they should expect.

Forgot why I stopped coming here...barking dogs, smokers everywhere (and its not allowed, but no enforcement), dirty and under construction. Sure, go one, but go back and you aren't going to find anything but the stress of an overcrowded poor shopping experience. Sorry Americana but truth is the truth and people shouldn't suffer without knowing what they should expect.

Great location to shop, Welcome to "The Armenia," oops... I mean "The Americana." A lot of Purse Wearing Men, mostly Armenians and Russians who are wearing Over-Priced Designer Clothing, fronting, acting, showboating like they are Rich...[SIC] Place appears to be pretty safe, very clean, but their Trolley is Broke and not Working, for who knows how long? (several months now) Fountain appears clean finally, was Green like a swamp, and the Mosquitoes 🦟 are off the Hook after 3pm, wear your bee suit, or tons of cancerous DDT? If you live in the area, great place for the view of a mock up Eiffel Tower (like in Paris, France). Many Restaurants, so great place for dates at night or if you need Books, Electronics, Apple, Samsung, Barnes and Noble... Staff and Security there are very polite, courteous, helpful, cannot complain about the atmosphere otherwise. Appears they also have Housing, Condos for Rent all around and over looking the Mall all around. The large 2 stage/level fountain show is nice. Plenty to see here, if you are up for a day of...

During the weekend, expect very big crowds, not the best time to try to take pictures. There are several restaurants and coffee shops at the property. The train ride is only on weekends with set times. There is a big grass area to sit down most of the time. Sometimes, they will have live bands on Friday, Saturday evenings. There is plenty of fun for the whole family to visit. There are not enough places to sit down most of the time. You can walk through the Americana to cross Central Blvd to get to...

This is not a safe place for you to shop or dine in the area. This place was recently attacked and robbed by many hoodlums because the cops and security in this area do not care about you and your families safety

You can search on youtube and find the footage of the crimes in progress

I will never be back here with my family 👪

The business owners and property management of this area need to hire real professional security here

Otherwise the mayhem and insecurity...
