Let me begin with not all the employees are bad I like most of them and overall great to interact with. There is a manager there that just really gets to me. I order the same type of breakfast everyday number 10 with a round egg orange juice and 2 hash I go to the drive thru one day and i spoke my order I pay for it but since I order the same thing everyday it doesn't feel the same weight in the bag I check it; it's a mcgriddle I like mcgriddle but ot what I ordered. I went to speak with manager at the counter only one there and I very politely said this isn't what I ordered sir I ordered a steak egg and cheese number 10 first thing out his mouth with attitude "No you didnt" now isn't the customer always right??? Anyways I began to say yes I do sir I ask for the same thing all the time he grabs the sandwhiche and hands it to the worker and with attitude while speaking says "make this into a steak egg n cheese" I'm asking him why he's rude he says"cause you didn't order that I heard you" I said sir I order the same thing all the time So he was bieng rude and I asked I don't know why you have to be so rude can I just have my money back please. With antit ideal goes to the cash register starts mumbling things and takes money and hands it to me firmly in my palm again with attitude no need for that I was walking out he says in the most disgusting way "oh and um enjoy that orange juice too pal" I said oh you could have that back sir I went to my car and got the and gave it back to him I said here you go sir he looks at me with this face. Now tofay October 21st he's my server and he gives me the same face as if he doesn't wanna take my order I asked for the same thing I always get with a round egg instead of a square egg I get the food it has a square egg I said politely Sir I ordered with a round egg this has a square egg he grabs the sandwhiche and tells the guy with a round egg and he is just a...
Read moreThis location is a pretty clean location. However, the customer service is consistently the worst Iâve ever experienced. For part-time work I do some secret shopper gigs, and today around 3:30 PM. I had an assignment, I went into the McDonaldâs to order two random items, and I observed a young, short, Caucasian girl (who was working behind the counter, looks like she was bagging food) with a slick-back ponytail that went down her back. She was so extremely rude to the older gentleman who came in to pick up a delivery that appeared to be a GrubHub delivery of some sort. The older gentleman, seems to be about 70 or 75 years old, walks up to the register and asks this young girl to confirm the order if he was picking up was correct (as there were 3 bags sitting on the counter for delivery pickup), her response, âAll you have to do is read, I know thatâs hard for you to do, but yeah, just read, this oneâs your orderâ. It was so sure that one of our colleagues would somehow correct her, however, instead, an older Caucasian lady working with her said loudly, âI know right? Thatâs why I donât even bother to put them on the bag. Because they donât read!â If I werenât âshopping for workâ, I would have kindly asked to cancel my order and terminated business with them. I called the store to speak to the manager from 3:40p-7:30p and was unable to get through to anyone at all; no option to leave voicemail was provided. Called ownership (as this is a private business) and was unable to get through; voicemail...
Read moreI have been to this location several times in the past and never had an issue. On 7/9, my husband and I came to this location after the springfield location ran out of ingredients for the new KitKat Mcflurry. The drive thru line was wrapped all the way around the building and the lobby inside was packed. I didn't see the item on the menu so I decided to wait and ask a staff member if they had them. While waiting, a young lady and her boyfriend who were there prior to our arrival had nicely asked a gentleman behind the counter about the status of her order. He was rude and disrespectful to her and yelled "I don't know what we have going on! I have a million other things to deal with right now!". After another few minutes of waiting, she asked to speak to a manager. He ignored her and her boyfriend leaned over the counter and shouted "YO!" Finally a manager came to talk to her and could only tell her "we're working on it" regarding her order. At that point, my husband and I left. If they don't have enough staff to handle the traffic they receive, then they need to hire more people. They seemed to prioritize drive thru customers over lobby customers which is also unprofessional. They should also invest in better customer service training for the person who yelled at the customer. It wasn't her fault they were overwhelmed with orders. Needless to say, I won't be visiting this location again...
