Starbucks — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

This location is ridiculous and fails to meet typical Starbucks services. I decided to visit for a brief refresher and sandwich and catch up on emails.

While doing this, I was asked to leave the sitting area because it was reserved for staff. Like how is it possible that customers are restricted from sitting??? Then I figured, no big deal. Maybe they have a team meeting. NOPE, for the rest of my time there, not a single employee sat at that table.

Moving on, I waited for my beverage and sandwich for 20 minutes because they kept accidently giving my items away through the drive through. I hope the items made someone's day!

Last but not least, there was one specific employee who was clearly upset about making drinks and coffee. He must have slammed the ice door 100 times and kept pouring out drinks and slamming the cups.

Then he was banging on the trash cans and flapping around the bags as if they assaulted him. LOL, this guy really disliked his job, I almost offered him one.

There was literally 8 people behind the counter, someone should have helped him.

Visiting this morning and being served by Amanda at my local Starbucks, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Her exceptional service deserves a perfect five-star rating. From the moment I walked in, Amanda's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued. Her genuine smile and positive energy created a delightful atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic experience. Amanda's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. She took the time to listen to my order and made personalized recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Her genuine care and friendliness created a welcoming environment that had me coming back. Amanda at Starbucks deserves every bit of praise for her exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine care for me makes her a 10/10 and this specific location deserve a 5 star review . The greatest Starbucks in Jersey!! I don’t do fast food but I do enjoy stopping at Starbucks from time to time.. when all the beautiful people from Turnersville moved to this bucks I followed with good reason!! This store has some of the sweetest & most amazing employees ever!! I do wish I had everyone’s name because they’re truly some gems!! Elisae you literally turned a very long, miserable, & stressful day into the best.. thank you for caring & making me feel special!! P.S. thank you guys for always making my pink drink perfect.. & waiting till I get close to the window to warm my croissant😉

Update: Jewel is the other most amazing person!! Months ago I stopped in on my way to work, while they were getting my order together she asked what I did for work, it was refreshing, because not only did she ask, but she actually seemed genuinely interested, by the end of our conversation she thanked me for the work I was doing and gave me a cake pop.. that was the absolute sweetest thing!!
