Unapologetic review of the New Golden Atomic Cowboy FIRST visit (because there will 100% be a second for the biscuits). It was ok. 1st...service...EXCELLENT...thank you Colin and the FNG. Advice to the (FNG) new guy...talk more-make more...people came out to be social...be social with them. Colin(A+) gave recommendations, knew the menu and how to save time IF we HAD to, Told us the Big pizza would be a minute right up front, again unapologetically like he should in my opinion, which we appreciated that because we were going to get it and once we had a couple slices we thought to ourselves, imagine if we got the big one (simply a waste of food for US due to size)?! Tried the chicken sammich with the Nash. Hot add on. Very small especially for the price. Said came with Dukes mayo and pickle but the amount of mayo was non existent and no pickles to be found...not a huge deal but the "sammy" overall is a 3.5-4/10. Got Wings...not good...Just not a quality wing at all. 2/10. Slices...Had 2 slices. Big, YES...Good, NO. My 7 year old said it tastes just like Dominoes...he wasn't wrong. Not my style at all. I do love cupped pepperonis though...thats og isht.

We sat next to the kitchen/bathroom door entrance...CHOOO CHOOOO....someone gonna get runover hard real soon. I had no problem with the location simply because of the excitement of it all...couple close calls!

The second you take your seat you know today is a biscuit day. “Uh oh”, you declare. Biscuit time ends at 2pm. In a rush and without much forethought, you give your order to the waiter. Biscuit? Yes. Maple syrup? Yes. Bacon? Yes. Nashville hot chicken? Yes. (Really?) Yes. Parmesan garlic fries? Yes. And then the wait, full of anticipation. Did you place this particular order on purpose? No. Has this combination of flavors ever been consumed in one sitting before? Doubtful. Could it destroy your soul and your gut? Maybe. Then it arrives. A spicy, savory, sugary delight, swimming in a pool of saccharine tree sap, with a pile of tangy fried potato bits that complicates everything. And it’s perfect. In fact, it’s so perfect, so complete, that you haven’t needed to eat since and that was days ago. Maybe you’ll never eat again. Maybe that was the only meal you ever needed. Maybe this life is just a simulation, designed by a team of extraterrestrial engineers dedicated to discovering the best possible combination of flavors and textures, and right now they are popping a solar system sized bottle of fermented moon berries to celebrate their success. The answer has been found. The universe has spoken. It’s The Lola biscuit sandwich with Nashville hot chicken and a side of Parmesan garlic...

I recently visited Atomic Cowboy home of Denver Biscuit Co & Fat Sully's NY Pizza at golden denver colorado and was very impressed. Not only were the burgers delicious, but the service was incredibly quick, which is always a bonus!

I ordered the Atomic Burger, which is made with two all-beef patties, American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I also tried the Fat Sully's NY Pizza, which is made with a thin crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your choice of toppings. The pizza was crispy and delicious, and the sauce was flavorful.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with a rustic-chic vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive, and despite the place being busy, the service was remarkably fast. I didn't have to wait long at all for my food, which is always a plus.
