Starbucks — Restaurant in Gonzales

I did not like my experience today. I am here working the tornado that was in the area, and I come to Starbuck for relaxation, tea, and wifi to help the great people of Louisana. I asked one of the staff around 3:30 PM the closing time, and I was advised that they close at 6:00 PM. Around 5:30 one of the staff by the name of Tristian grab my attention from my busy work to tell me they were closing in 30 minutes. I informed him that I was aware, and he responded that he was only telling me because I had alot of things. I had 2 laptops, and a tablet which is alot for a regular person but not for someone with as much work as me. I found his explaintion to be very rude, and as if he was basic telling me to bein to pack my this as if the store lobby would not be open for an additional 30 minutes. I was not greated when I came in the store, and the service was basic. I definately did not expect to be rushed out from doing my work, and I no longer felt welcome as a guest so I gathered my things, and left. Thank you Tristian for showing me the value of this...

I came in Saturday morning on February 24th to order a normal Venti Caramel Macchiato but was swayed into trading the regular espresso shots for the new blonde espresso shots by a young man named Lane. Seemed to be knowledgable of what he was selling me. He proceeded to make me the drink and was completely floored. Lane made the best coffee I've ever had. The blonde espresso was very smooth and gave me just the extra energy I needed for the day. Not sure what has gotten into this store over the past year but things have improved greatly. Between the attitude of the employees, the smell/apperance of the store, the taste of the coffees, and the overall atmosphere, this Starbucks is an absolute delight. The employees always seem to do whatever it takes to make things right with the customers regardless if things are busy or slow. Highly reccomend and encourage people to give this...

I like it is a good coffee but a couple of time ago i had an allergy reaction. I ask for almond milk added to my coffee and the girl working on coffees wasn't paying attention. I saw her grabbing the milk jug and used it i never saw her grabbing the almond milk carton... and i ask her is my coffe the one with almond milk she roll her eyes and respond yes... i didn't say anything else (i trust her) so i drove home with my coffee a few minutes later i had this rash (cramps that happens everytime i drink milk)... so.... i decided not going back but my friend wants a sbcoffe so we went back and this time i got my coffee right but now I'm a little afraid everytime i drink the coffee case.
