Subway — Restaurant in Goodyear

The employees at this store are pieces of cr@p. I've been calling all day to inquire about the BOGO promotion and nobody answers. The other store on Dysart said they've gotten numerous complaints about this location, too. It should be SHUT DOWN! The last time I was there years ago, I handed the cashier a $20 bill and she promptly said "this is counterfeit". No pen test, nothing. I asked to see the manager, a large, rude black woman, who "confirmed" it was fake. I asked her to point out what made it fake and she just said "I'm trained to spot fakes!" Thank goodness my daughter had some cash on her to pay, but I was humiliated by these idiots in front of many customers. I immediately went to my bank, BMO Harris a few blocks away and they validated the $20 as legit. I marched back into Subway and told the "manager" and asked for an apology. I had gone to this subway two weeks ago. There was a tall guy wearing his mask half way. When I walked I. He did not acknowledge me at all, and I was the only customer In there at the time. I was standing in front of him while he was moving the bread around. So I told him hello, that’s when he said what do you want today? I told him my order and he asked you want your bread toasted I told him no and he completely ignored me and was going to toast my bread. He looked so unhappy being there he kept throwing my veggies on my sandwich. I paid and left. Now just this morning same deuch bag was there. Same thing didn’t acknowledge me. Would give 0 stars if I could. I stopped by for chopped salads for my family due to my grocery pick up getting delayed... was told he doesnt do chopped salads try the one on Dysart. I went ahead with letting the young man make a regular salad for us. He was rude and acted like it was a pain the whole time.not pleasant or friendly just made me feel super awkward. I paid the same price I would of for chopped salads for half the product. I will not be coming back here and will be sharing with all my friends and family that live in good year area to avoid this place. Get some better staff that actually wants to do their job.
