I’m not the one to write reviews on places, but my experience today was truly something else. Unfortunately, this is going to be a long one.
This is my go to crumbl spot, and I have never had any problems ever. I came in today and ordered a 6 pack box. The girl with blonde hair and two braided pigtails took my order and informed me there would be a 5 minute wait for the s’more cookie, which I didn’t mind bc I was only ordering one. So I waited, and saw them put the s’more cookie in my box. Usually at crumbl they call my name and give me my cookies, but I was ignored while I watched people who came after me get their cookies. I didn’t say anything because it was quite busy and I didn’t want to stress them out. At this point I was the longest customer there, and I saw my order on the counter. I wish I would’ve just went up and told them that I see my box, but I was sure they wouldn’t have just forgotten about me. It was very clear I was waiting like the other customers who came after me lol. So almost 30 minutes go by, and a lady who ordered (after me) got a cater box and last minute decided to switch two of her cookies. She chose the s’mores one, but there wasn’t enough left. Instead of telling her to wait like they told other customers, the blonde who took my order took the s’more cookie from my box (which I had waited for earlier) and gave it to the lady.
I saw as she did this, and told two workers that she took one out of my box. I could tell by her shocked face that she heard me telling these other workers. The dark haired girl with a braid was one of the workers I told. She had such a weird attitude towards me. She asked me twice what the name for my order was and I told her my name AND that I see my box and she didn’t do anything /: just ignored me and helped people who came after me. She also took a cookie from my box to give to another customer…like be so for real. It took my sister coming in for her to finally give me my box and inform me that I had to wait for the s’mores cookies 😑 Wasn’t gonna give a review bc at the end of the day, it’s just cookies. Read moreI am a crumbl lover at heart but today’s service was just very disappointing. I went in to pick up a pick up order of 5 cookies one from my birthday and using rewards for the other 4. I waited in the store for 35+ minutes for them to then proceed to tell me they only had two types left. I did get refunded but had to ask 3 times for rewards back for my free cookie. While we were waiting in the lobby the employees had other employees in the store and were mopping the floor while still ending open… and stepping on rags and sliding their feet around the kitchen. Totally unprofessional and so unsafe!! They were walking cookies around one by one and had cooking utensils in hand as the floor was soaking wet and they proceeded to scoot around on rags. One employee was even wearing crocs. After watching this mess we were told we’d only get two flavors of cookies since they were out. As we were waiting they sold a few big party packs instead of filling orders of people waiting for pick ups. I thought pick up was the quick convenient way of doing things but not at this store. Took forever to get acknowledged when I went I to the store for my pickup order and when the girl finally acknowledged me, she advised in a rather snotty manner that they are out of two of the flavors I ordered in my 6pk and 4pk and that she could either replace them or refund them. I asked her why I was able to still order them if they were out and she gave me attitude and said she can't control that. When I asked again for the cookie options she said, "I told you... I can replace or refund them" . First of all, in the service industry, it is never okay to tell a customer "I told you..." especially when the customer is just finding out you don't have what they ordered and already paid for. I clarified and said for the cookies...what are my options again. I had her replace the cookies and the whole time she was doing so, she had a crappy attitude and the cookies in the end didn't even look like they should have. If I didn't need these for a friend tomorrow, I would have just had her refund me and left. Completely horrible attitude and service ...especially considering the price of...
