I always order from this location since it’s right around the corner from my house and it’s very convenient with the order ahead app. I try to give them a chance every single time and something is always incorrect even with the simplest order. Today I literally ordered a wheat bagel. That’s it. Plain. Just a bagel. I waited five minutes when I finally just asked the girl behind the counter if they had gotten my order, which she kind of rudely replied, “yeah she has a lot of food orders”. I waited a few more minutes when they finally gave me my order. Got home...instead of my plain multigrain bagel, i got a plain bagel with cream cheese. Honestly didn’t think I had to check my order before getting home since I ordered one of the most basic things on the menu.
We’ve also waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes before only to get to the order window and be told they have no hot food. Today there was a sign on the door that they were out of cheese. It seems that wherever manages this location just does it very poorly and never has items stocked that they need. Everyone always seems frantic while working and I honestly don’t blame the employees. I think it’s lack of management. It’s always a mess behind the counter with stuff all over the floors, racks of donuts all over the place and chaos. It seems like they are more focused on the drive through and their recorded times than the lobby of people waiting.
I saw three separate people walk back in after leaving today to complain their orders weren’t correct.
There’s one girl always working who actually seems to have it together and have great customer service. Wish I knew her name because I’d give her a great shot out. She’s attentive to people in the lobby instead of acting too busy like the rest of the people completely ignoring when someone is clearly waiting to ask a question.
I’m from the East Coast where the Dunkin Donuts locations are ran like well oiled machines. I wish this location could get it together because they could have something great. Maybe all it takes is the right management and team. We’ve dealt with some pretty rude employees at this...
Read moreI ordered at 11:15. A signature latte with oat milk and a maple bacon egg sandwich on croissant with no cheese. A few minutes l was told they were out of oat milk. I asked for a regular coffee instead. They said ok. Then I asked for them to refund the difference because my original drink was more expensive. The cashier appeared to be new and did not know how to do so. She asked a coworker and they said they the manager had to do it. We waited a couple minutes and I was given the refund. I wasn’t not refunded for the cost of oat milk, but I let it go. I waited over 5 minutes for my regular hot coffee. When I received it, it was lukewarm. I asked for them to remake it hot and they took it back with no problem. I got my drink 5 minutes later. Then I was waiting for my sandwich. Around 11:41 I alerted them that I was waiting for my sandwich. Someone went to the person making the food and said I was still waiting. I heard her say she didn’t see my order but I assumed they were working on it. Then 3 minutes later the person I told I was waiting went back to the sandwich maker and said she is still waiting. The sandwich maker said she didn’t see my order. The person I was talking to asked for my receipt. I told her the cashier did not give it back to me. She went and got my receipt and showed it to the sandwich maker and then the sandwich maker said she would make my sandwich. The person I spoke to then went back to making drinks. I asked her for my receipt and she gave it to me. My sandwich was ready a few minutes later. When I left with my food it was 11:50. I placed my order at 11:15. Read moreYesterday was the last and final day I ever visit this Dunkin’ location. Went in for a quick coffee order yesterday morning and you will never believe what happened. The drive thru line was long as usual, so I decided to go inside for my order. Come to find out the young gentleman at the cash register informed me they were only accepting orders through the Dunkin app or the drive thru. I then said man alright I guess I will download the app and place my order, as we all know how long that drive thru takes if you have ever been to this location before. It takes me maybe 5-10 minutes to set up the app, register, add your card and so on. So I walk up to the pick up window and asked them if they received my order, the young gentleman said for Chris? I said excellent thank you! This is where it gets good, as I am about to pick up my order I glance over to my right and see a gentleman in his 60’s? give or take placing an order at the register!!!!! Then I see them take his payment at the register, and that’s when I spoke up. I said excuse me why did you make me take 10 mins out of my busy morning to sign up for this app and he walks right in you take his order and run his card right in front of me.
