Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Goodyear

Do Better!! I stopped coming to this location for a number of different reasons... 33 min waiting in drive thru at 4:30am with 1 car in front of me, getting wrong food, fries not cooked etc. But I got lazy today and didn't want to drive 3 miles to get tacos(that won't EVERY HAPPEN AGAIN!) and decided to give it another try. Pull UP nobody inside or in drive thru, OK cool. Waited at menu to order for a cpl mins then I thought I should call this number they have posted for no one taking orders but then some acknowledge me and I'll be right with you....3 minutes later she came back and took my order...5 beef taco easy lettuce.. Waited 5 minute got food and was out. By the time I got to the freeway I was smelling this really funky foul odor. Opened the box and was hit with the grossest smell of burnt oil I ever smelt. Taco was so burt they were INEDIBLE, tasted like burt oil. GROSS!! I'm done with this location for good! I can't figure out how to post pictures on here but i said light lettuce. LoL I had 1taco with 3 pieces of lettuce. The tacos was so burnt they couldn't get in there so they gave me a container...

This review is for those who look for the good Filbertos locations. Spoiler, this is not one of them.

I ordered Carne Asada burritos meat and cheese only. They ended up giving me someone else's meal of rolled tacos. I drove back and was super polite and so was the lady. I saw on my receipt she put beans and meat only so I informed her it was meat and cheese, and she told the cook. Got home and bit into a burrito full of meat cheese and beans! Oh I wish this was the end of the story....

I tried one more time today, same order with a Coke drink. We pulled up to the window and the gentleman starting reading off someone else's meal with a horchata drink so we corrected him. He found our receipt and handed us our correct food. Bear with me, this was at night and dark in the drive through. Once we got home, we found ourselves with the horchata drink.

Moral of the story, check everything when you go to this location and I mean Every time you go here. They're nice people so don't be mean to them but the food quality (meat and cheese was cold and not melted) and mistakes gives this...

If I could give zero stars I would ....first time and last time ever here... I went through the drive-thru I ordered three of the value menu burrito for a 1.49 each.. I asked to have cheese put on them and I spent more for the cheese than I did the burritos.. it was Wednesday bean burrito night each burrito was a dollar 49...I got three of them with cheese and the cheese ended up coming out to 5.19 burritos were only 4.47 they did not have any price on their menu about how much cheese would be for each one.. I guess it's my fault I should have asked because the Filibertos by my house they add cheese on for $0.53 for each burrito.. when I questioned it the two young girls gave me nothing but attitude and said well we can't do anything about our prices... but it says on your receipt and on your building.. complaints and exchanges must be within 24 hours of your service with food and receipt so me complaining about how much the cheese is isn't that doesn't that warrant a complaint.. I will never go...
