I don't recommend their services.
Here's why: I came in on Wednesday night (28 Dec 2022) to buy 4 Regular Whopper burgers with cheese. I asked for no pickles on one of the burgers. I also ordered two small French fries and one Medium size French fries.
I presented an old receipt with a Survey Code in the back. This allows me to get a free Whopper burger (my choice) if I buy the required items. The girl at the counter taking my order was not familiar with the process so she called the Manager. Manager comes and I repeated what I told the girl who took my order. Manager tells me that their store does not do that offer. So, I asked the Manager to look at their receipts and check the back if it contains the same printed offer. Their receipts are identical.
So, the next thing the Manager tells me is that she does not know how to process the free Whopper burger offer. I asked why then their receipts contain the same offer as other Burger King stores and she was not aware of the process. Hard to believe, right? Anyway, after a couple of minutes, the Manager says she needed a four digit code to process the free Whopper burger offer. I was confused at that point because initially, the Manager said she dud not know how to proceed. Anyway, I showed her the four digit code on the back of the receipt. She "acted" like she didn't see that code a few minutes ago when she was reading it.
The Manager entered the code and tells me I needed to pay $4.98 for the "free burger". Almost like the cost of the burger itself.
Seems like the Manager just doesn't want to do her job. Poor customer engagement and lack of professionalism.
Anyway, when I got my order, I checked it before leaving the store. I discovered that three of the burgers were missing the cheese, all of them contained pickles and they fave me three Small-size French fries. Simple food order but the crew still managed to mess it up.
I don't recommend going to this Burger King...
Read moreIt’s fast food so what do I expect? Seems to be one guy (manager maybe?) who is attentive and tries but didn’t seem to get my order right after trying to figure out the difference in the chicken sandwiches or whatever term is used because I wanted a chicken sandwich like the Popeyes sandwich (same exact parent company) that I regularly get at the Bk on camelback and el mirage. I somehow paid nearly $11 for something I’d expect on a dollar menu that was a sub like bread with a frozen deep fried soy chicken patty and aging lettuce. Other visits there’s staff that must have gotten out of 6th period 20 minutes ago who smoked a bowl before work and ask “what do you want?” Then shrugged impatiently as I couldn’t decide seconds after looking at the menu. Another occasion ordered some sort of bacon king variation and got a dollar menu like burger with no bacon or sauce and of course didn’t discover this until I got home. However an occasion before there was a very nice lady who was friendly and made sure everything I ordered was right before I left and corrected one thing a little off which is why I went back several more times hoping she’d be there to give that extra attention to my order but that’s not been the case so likely won’t go back. The camelback and el mirage location is where I’ll go if I want bk. There’s something weird about the service at any type of food, coffee etc on Indian school from the McDonald’s or kfc at Dysart to this Bk where the expectation is crazy below standard. Even the Dutch bros is bad. The whataburger is probably the highest quality on this stretch and that’s not saying much cause whataburger in general is the most overpriced...
Read moreSo I am definitely not a wealthy person by any means, and literally ate tuna and crackers for dinner 4 day straight now. I have practically no money, but today I managed to pull together $5 for some BK because I have no aluminum foil to cook 2 pieces of Texas toast I had and wouldn't be back home for 6 hours. So when I get to the BK, the lady on the headset was very rude and short. I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, only ketchup a small fry and a small drink. Then, she didn't take my drink order (which would have been coke). When I pull up, I pay and see she has filled it with Dr pepper and don't say anything as to not be rude. Once I taste it and see its only nasty carbonated water, I tell another person at the window who says, "We ran out of Dr pepper earlier and won't have any until tomorrow." So I tell her I will just take a coke and ignore that the other employee "VIRGINIA" deliberately gave me a bad product. I drive 4 miles away to find my sandwiches aren't correct either. I come back calm and explain how that "VIRGINIA" deliberately took my order incorrectly. (probably because "she" is having a bad day and wants to disrespect others because of that.) I didn't say what is in parenthesis. She stated, "We will just redo your order." NO ACTIONS WERE TAKEN TO PUNISH THE DELIBERATELY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE! That's why I will never beven getting...
