Well Wendy's you cease to amaze me. I thought the south side of South Bend store was the worst store ever and here comes the Goshen store taking the top prize. Had a very simple order. 1 kids chicken nugget meal with a chocolate milk, 1 small Jr bacon cheese burger with lettuce tomato and mayo and a dr pepper , and 1 large baconator meal with a dr pepper. Middle of the afternoon no cars in front of us cause he got tired of waiting at the drive thru and left and no cars behind us. Placed our order in the drive thru after waiting for 5 minutes then pull up to the window. Was a nice young lady that had problems with the card reader and gave us some of our drinks and walked away. After a few minutes an older lady scratching her head walked up to the window and asked if we got our order yet, told her we still needed the chocolate milk and the food . She handed us the milk and went to get the food. Could see through the window 2 employees just standing there playing with their phones not doing anything at all. She came back and handed us our food and we pulled away. Kids meal was correct, but everything else was a disaster. In the bag was 3 burnt cold French fries, 1burnt cold baconator, 3 cold Jr bacon cheese burger, and 2 chicken nuggets that were cold. On the sandwiches were 6 pickles, onions and ketchup. Maybe that's your new version of lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I have no idea but it was all wrong. Would of went inside to try to get the order right but inside was closed for some reason and the drive thru was starting to get busy so we just left. Think maybe the extra food was to make up for all the poor food quality we received. But none the less I definitely will NOT be back to this...
Read moreChanging my review from a previously good one, because I've noticed the quality has been going down nonstop here.
The attitude of the employees lately is severely lacking in professionalism. The girl at the back drive-thru is not only sitting down, but she couldn't be bothered to take money and orders simultaneously, because she is very obviously playing casino games on her phone. Not only is this downright unprofessional, but I was made to wait to pay because she can't take my money if she's busy tapping the screen sitting three inches away from her face. It's sheer laziness. When I mentioned something to the manager at the front window, she looked at me, shrugged, and said, "Alright." If this is their attitude about how their employees are representing their company, and this is how they feel comfortable displaying themselves to the customer on a managerial level, I can only imagine what else gets a half-hearted shrug here. Old food, dirty areas, bad service, health code violations? Who knows! What I know is that if I was the owner here I'd be mad not only over the time theft happening, but that the people I'm paying to make my restaurant run properly and look good are doing their best to be...
Read moreI usually can count on great service and great food from this particular restaurant. This time was very different so it might have just been a one time occurrence so take that into consideration. There were 6 cars in the drive thru, 3 customers waiting inside for food, and 0 in line to order when I arrived. I waited at the counter for about 20 minutes before someone came to take my order. As I waited for my food, a different worker took 4 customers orders and gave 3 of them their food. The last man waiting informed the worker that I was there 1st and still hadn't received my food. The worker did apologize and said his shift ended 4 hours ago but he had to stay in order to help out. This was the only worker that seemed to care about customers as he was moving quickly getting orders around and the others that were visible were walking around slowly and making food slowly. I spent a total of about 45 minutes inside Wendy's before I received my food order. The actual food was pretty good and everything was there. I'm not exactly sure what the issue was but I didn't feel as though I was a priority...
