Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Granbury

Subway and Firehouse subs WISH they were Jersey Mikes. I’ve been to Jersey Mikes in Granbury four times now since they opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME they got the sandwiches on lock. The sandwich shop is clean, the crew is happy, and the sandwiches are crafted masterfully. The employees are nice and they act like they were created to assemble the best gosh dang sandwiches on earth. The one dude shaved my provolone and turkey to perfection. The girl that did the sandwich “mikes way”…. SHE HOLDING IT DOWN. The guy on the cash register… super chill and friendly. The older gentlemen near the grill… happy as could be. They also had another guy prepping some stuff. He’s a taller dude and he’s big chill. I’m telling yall… they don’t play about sandwiches. Jersey Mikes always hires decent people. Benbrook is another great location but for some reason in Granbury…. That crew different. They are like the “Avengers” of sandwich making. Hats off to them. Came in a few nights ago the gentleman that was at the counter was very professional and helpful. I ordered two giants they were made with the wrong protein that's ok mistakes happen. I came in at 8:29pm and they already had everything packaged up. The guy up front was a complete jerk. He asked if I was the online order, and when I said no he proceeded to complain. He then said “I hope you’re doing a hot sub” when I told him I wasn’t he continued to complain. Every comment I made, he would tell me everything is in the back trying to make me feel guilty for ordering a sandwich even though they don’t close for another 30min.
