DEC 07 2023 Drive Threw @ 9:50 pm Anouther trip to Burger King, this time I went threw drive threw, the young man working taking the orders, listened exactly to what a asked for, he was polite, frendly, seems to be working hard at it. Great customer friendliness! I asked for fresh fires and a hit wopper and that was exactlywhat I got withca smile and the condiments. 10 out of 10 this time threw guys, keep up the great work. That said, the only complaint I have is your post mix is way off still, I ordered a mellow yellow and it's more like carbonated water with a hint of flavor, seems back about 3 months ago I noticed the same issue. Guys you make the biggest profits of pop, so there is absolutely no reason to have this mix dialed so far back to save on your exspens. So get after who ever owns this location and tell them that Donnie says to stop beibg so cheap on the boxed mixes. I hope this will be fixed by the time I stop back through a few months from now. Spent $12.45 this time I can deal with that. Keep this up and Calvers wont be getting all my burger buisness. lol
Still leaving this comment below. Last not so bright idea of the land owner to cram in a Caribou Coffee into the parking lot of this Burger King is a simply stupid idea! It interferes in the flow of the drive threw traffic and I am certain your causing Burger King a loss in Yearly revenue
THIS ONE BELOW WAS A YEAR AGO Drive threw at 6 pm. Ordered a Texas Whopper meal. Only thing hot was fries. Bun was so cold it felt like it was taken from a cooler, beef patties were just considered warm. I want hot and fresh made, do not think that's to much to ask for. Asked for salt ketchup at window and all they gave was the ketchup. I am sick and tired of fast food joints giving far less then what is deserved. Plenty of napkins to boot, good thing I had some Kleenex...
Read moreEvery time I go there, they are either rude or mess up my order. They need to either fix their headsets or their drive through speaker because they can never hear me. I'm not a quiet talker. Today,my friend and I went through drive through on lunch break. Before we said anything we asked if they could do two separate orders. The lady said it would be fine. I placed my order, and my friend tried to place his, before he could even finish his sentence the lady rudely interrupted and proclaimed "I can't hear your passenger, you need to have the driver place the order" so I placed the order and she tells us "the computer is not working, but just drive up and we will figure it out" we pull up to the window and she starts angrily and in a super annoyed manner begins asking me what I ordered, I give her the gist of what i ordered a and she nastily replies "OK, my computer is not working, you need to be more specific than that, especially when we have a line of cars behind you." (By the way, it wasn't busy and there was 2 cars behind us) I then tell her what I ordered and she cuts me off "and your friend?" My friend starts to say what he ordered and she cuts him off "OK, I can't hear you, you need to tell me what your passenger ordered so I can ring this up" I tell her, she snags out cards from my hand and darn near throws them back at us with the crumpled up receipts. Then she tells me she needs a minute to get them in separate bags. I told her not to worry about it, she hands off the bad and we drive off. Finally arrive back at work and she messed up my burger my friends burger and over charged me. I will never be going to this establishment again. Not the one on 32nd ave anyway... I work customer service. You don't take out your anger on customers and treat them like garbage like that. Completely...
Read moreThis place used to be good, even during the height of Covid. Not sure what happened, other than staffing shortage and possible picking the worst employees that have never heard of customer service, nor attended BK's employee training - if there is any. We ordered the new Garlic & Bacon King meal - advertised on the display as $7.96. When the cashier rang it up, it came to almost $11. We pointed to the display and mentioned that we did not update to a gargantuan size meal, just the one advertised. Clearly, she was overwhelmed with that and called for the manager. The manager took one look to the display, then to the register and said, "Well, that display is done by corporate, we don't control that. It's what the register says." She didn't even offer to adjust the price or offer an apology. Needless to say, we turned around and left. With manager attitudes like her, it's no wonder fast food places are...
