Honest and objective employee that has ordered and been a delivery driver for many years here.

The food here is definitely better than almost any of your other sub places in town. The sandwiches can be thrown together on occasion and during those times yes the sandwiches aren't nearly as good as they could be. Although this being said the employees and the quality of the food is very good with quickly made sandwiches and also delivery driving that is done as quickly as possible.

Not going to try and disregard the issue here which is the delivery times which can take upwards of 45 minutes depending on location, staffing, delivery routes and time of day. Generally thwse delivery times are around 20-25 minutes at normal operation.

People have to understand that until recently were we gotten the 2nd store in town on South washington street. The delivery zone here in Grand forks was the largest or competing for the largest delivery zone in the nation. This being said delivery times can be anywhere from 5-10 minutes to upwards of 15-20 minutes because the zone is just that big along with the fact that employees have to attempt to mix in delivery orders with inshop orders at peak times. There is also not enough business to warrant enough employees to be able to lower those times much further since the business just is not big enough and...

Check out this Yelp review for Jimmy John's! https://yelp.to/2cMUjDrg8U as I mentioned in my Yelp review had I not ordered my sandwiches before using the restroom I would have turned around and walked straight out but to touch on a couple issues that were most disturbing one would be my wife and I are both disabled we ordered our sandwiches set down moments later a young man behind the counter yelled at us and said our sandwiches were ready for pickup instead of being courteous walking from around the corner and dropping our sandwiches off at our table in front of us yes we were forced to pick them up at the counter I guess the young man is crippled and has a difficult time walking 10 ft that would be clear to draw the correlation as to how come the men's restroom were in such a sad state, from the counter where he was at to the restrooms can't be more than 20 foot they were filthy and disgusting urine was all over the floor and the toilet seat the waste can was overflowing and trash was on the floor there was toilet paper stuck to the plunger sitting just right of the toilet if your employees are too lazy to clean the facility especially the bathrooms then you should probably put an out of order sign on the door I'm sure I don't have to express my displeasure I'm sure I don't have to say we won't be back to the...

Went to Jimmy John’s on 01/31/2025 at 5:30pm and walked in to place an order. There was only two people working and eventually third employee showed up after 15-20 minutes of waiting. We ordered one sandwich and a wrap. After waiting for around approximately 30 minutes, one of the employees said they ran out of French bread. After 5 minutes we asked the status of our order. One of the employees said our order must of been taken by someone else and they would make it up right away to fulfill our order. They came back and said the sandwich would take an hour for French bread or we could do wheat. We decided since we were on a timeline for traveling we decided to do wheat bread for our sandwich and the wrap. In total, we spend around 35-40 minutes to wait. I want to bring this to the attention during the busy rush on a Friday and running out of bread and backlog on orders. Hopefully it was just a one time mistake on their part.
