We apologize for the misunderstanding of our new item promotion and will use your feedback for future promotions. As far as your pizza not being well done enough, it was well done by Jet's standards. Our deep dish crust won't get well done in the middle unless the rest of the pizza gets burnt. The thin crust and hand tossed would be a better option if you want well done in the middle. All Jet's in Michigan had a price increase as rising costs of labor and goods continue to increase.

If your unsure of that statement, please contact Greenville jets, the mgr shores mgr the pizza to see if outs well done enough! Your store is the highest priced jets I have been to. Train your employees on how you speak and LISTEN! Avoid the grand haven jets, unless you don't mind gooey uncooked dough, higher pricing, and sadness...
Read moreI called to have a pizza delivered,when I asked about using a coupon for 5.00 dollars off,the employee taking my order said she wasen't sure how it worked and put me on hold,she finally got back on the phone and asked what my method of payment would be,I said cash,then I told her I did not have enough cash on me and would have to use my debit card,she took down all my card information.When the pizza delivery man got here,he said he was told we would be paying with cash, we told him we gave all our card info to the employee that took our order,he said he would have to call his manager,I also called and talked to a manager,because I was worried about being charged twice.I asked her if they would take any money off because of all the inconvenience She put me on hold for a very long time, finally gets back on the phone and tells me they will not take any money off our order,my husband was outside with the delivery man trying to get it all straightened out.I usually order from Dominoes and thought I would try Jet's.never again,I shouldn't have to go through a 20 minute ordeal when my pizza...
Read moreI used to enjoy the service and would tip according to how long it took the drivers to get here since it is only a 5 minute drive. I attempted to order a couple of subs and cheese sticks (I ordered this a week or so ago with no problem). The guy said well we can't deliver because it has to be at least $20, so I asked the total and it was close to $23. It's just silly that a customer even has to deal with things like this. Do you want a sale or not? You charge 4 or 5 bucks to deliver to someone a mile and a half away. I never had this issue with Jets before. I guess it's better to treat customers like I can't take your order because you're not spending enough for me to worry about. But if you order some ranch sauce with that we can deliver. What do I need sauce for? Needless to say I went somewhere else. I would rather pay more or drive myself than be treated like I'm dumb. Keep your seasonal customers, it only lasts for a few months a year. This resident will go somewhere else...
