The Tip Two is a nice place to enjoy the view of the channel, people walking, car’s driving. The service was slow (due to one waitress). Only drinks, no food other than a food truck. Easy parking in the Tip a few parking lot, next to the bar or on the street by the park. I’ll be back. But only...

Brooke was amazing! Super accommodating. My friend dropped her drink right after opening it on our walk to the food truck and she immediately showed up with a new one for her without my friend having to ask. Special service was really appreciated. Will...

Love Tip Two. My hubby and I go here all the time and always take friends and family here. The staff is always friendly and get to know what drinks we usually get because we are there so often lol.
