Third Bowl Homemade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Grand Junction

Simply the best blueberry (bergamot) ice cream I've ever had... I have other third bowl favorites as well. There are creative flavor combos for everyone's palate (except that one bewildered kid requesting, "plain chocolate with nothing in it").

I'm most thankful for the non-standard ice cream flavors... (Black licorice, cayenne pepper, habanero, etc.); they're always beautifully blended into the base flavors. There's an impressive brightness to their fruit flavors too; even at 100°f outside I don't feel like I need something lighter.

This is some of the best ice cream I’ve had!! I sampled the matcha almond cookie, honey lavender, blueberry bergamot, and malt vanilla, and they were all AMAZING! I went with the honey lavender and blueberry bergamot, but I will definitely be back to get the other ones, and to try all the other flavors! The portion sizes were great, and you can get two flavors in the one scoop, which is very helpful since it is so hard to choose just one! They also offer dairy free options. My daughter and I like to get ice cream to celebrate those small wins in life!
