Update: ordered again for the first time since my last experience and my pan pizza was absolutely undercooked, part of it closed in the box, a few pieces looked like cooked crust with just sauce on it. Ricky should spend more time on his orders because I will NOT be bringing my business here again. I would think after the absokute disaster I had to deal with that they would do better. I would personally see Ricky as a liability to my business if this were my store.
Placed an order and waited about an hour while it was still in the quality check stage. Called the store and the employee said the order was likeky with 30 road, it was not. Got a call back from Ricky the manager who tells me they had no drivers for that long so it would be another 20 minutes while they make my food again. About 20 minites before they closed. No compensation offered after telling me the hour long wait on my order would be longer. No incentive to ever order from them again. 100 percent contacting corporate. Complete failure to even contact me while my food sat for double the total order to delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. Update: I was contacted by the new store owner (I believe it was) and was offered a resolution to my complaint. On few occassions do you hear back from somebody other than a manager and I think it shows an above average willingness to provide great service or a satisfactory resolution if your initial experience is...
Read moreWe ordered at 7:45 pm, the incorrect food was delivered to us at 8:12 as promised. When this order arrived, it was incorrect, cold and had a cardboard texture to it. We called the store to ask for this to be fixed, the first manager laughed and stated a new order would be at our home in 20 minutes. 45- 1 hour passes and they still haven’t delivered the fresh food. I called asking where it was and received a response that it was “sent to the same address but with a Circle ending instead of Court” (I looked this up and it doesn’t exist). We had a scheduled job and had to leave the house temporarily, at which point they suddenly were delivering the pizza that came “fresh out of the oven with a 10-12 minute drive in between”, left it on the porch (as I stated was fine as I was 2 minutes away) and it was COLD. I called the store once again about this issue and was laughed at a manager (Kim) for stating that our order was wrong again. She stayed “what do you want then? Would you like us to make it again? Third time is the charm laughter or would you like to pick it up so it will get cold in your car instead of in ours? more laughter” I stated I wanted a refund and was given it by Kim who told me it would be at the front counter and hung up. Read moreOrdered a pizza at 5:30 over the phone and paid with credit card. Was told the pizza would be here in 25-30 minutes. No pizza arrived after 50 minutes so I called back. No one knew a thing about my order except that my card charged. I was told that it was probably cancelled because of the computer glitch. Eventually a man came to the phone and said his name was Michael. He was the manager I eventually found out. He did not identify himself as so at first. I asked to speak the manager and he stated he was. I again explained about what we were told about our order. He asked if we wanted to reorder a new pizza. I asked about the credit card refund and he said it wouldn’t be done until maybe Monday or Tuesday. He said the credit would not happen tomorrow because it was Sunday. Really - since when does a credit card company care about a credit on Sunday? Needless to say things got heated on my end by this point. We did not get a pizza from them.
