My wife and I have been frequenting this particular store at least once a week for the past 5 years. Up until about a year ago it was always fast, fresh and with a smile. Not sure what changed, was it because it became an "official training store?" I have no idea. That whole "freaky fast" schtick is out the window, whether the store is slow or packed we wait and wait now. We've noticed a decline in the amount of the usual toppings recently and some mistakes in the toppings. Today was a doozy. My wife ordered a #5 Vito 'lil John. When we got our food home when she opened hers all that was on the sandwich was very small quantities of the two meats and the cheese. Oh, yes, and that was it. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onion, no dressing - totally dry and no shake-on spice either. Really sad to see this once star of a store devolve into less than mediocre.

In the past two months, we've had incorrect orders and ruined food (we did speak to management about this and got refunded, this is odd for us to do, but the delivery driver argued with my husband and was incredibly rude, so there was no way we were letting him keep the $10 tip we paid in advance). Just today I ordered and my sandwich was left on the ground in spiderwebs by my door, and they didn't even ring the doorbell. I only found it when I got a notification to that another package had been delivered. I have no idea how long its been sitting out there, and the app has not even notified me of delivery yet. Definitely done ordering from here. Hope they go out of business so I can go back to being in the service area for the Clifton location. I called them to get order corrected and the guy called me a liar , I said I’ll bring the food back and he told that I would correct on my there , who would do that, I arrived at the location and they told me the order was keyed in wrong I asked them for my money back and they refused , instead proceeded to call the cops , I told them I would call the main manager Monday and the corporate office Monday and they said they didn’t care , what kinda of workers are we putting in charge of this location , not only did they lose a customer but I will tell all my friends what bad service and food they have at...
