Wendy's — Restaurant in Grand Junction

FAST FOOD FAIL! I keep looking around for the herd these folks are raising because after my usual 20+ minute wait @ the drive thru I know they must be somewhere in between raising the cow and on the way to butcher. What is the issue that EVERYTIME I patron this establishment no matter what the day, time or if I am the only one in drive thru or the lobby that I have to wait 20+ minutes for food? I order a standard combo meal each time. All the meat is pre-cooked early in the day and kept on standby for a quick nuke job. Then wait time must be they are growing the potatoes and have to peel them cut them drop them in the oil? Unfortunately that's not even an excuse because the french fries are always cold and limpy. Hats off to management for having such a cush job where they can sit back and still get paid to care less that such a sub-standard product being sold at an over-inflated price is being served at a snail's pace. True story; my dog's favorite car ride has always been to Wendy's. The last six visits she turns her nose up when offered her few french fries. Gives a true meaning to "So gross my dog won't even eat it". Good bye Wendy's...there's a new kid on the block and he aims to please and in record fast fashion....

I have been to Wendy’s restaurants all over the west, and this is BY FAR the worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. The workers have a, "don't know, don't care" attitude. They have no stock ready to go at all. Three of us sat and waited for our orders for ten minutes with no people there other than us. The manager has the same attitude as his workers, which is more than likely that he is where it stems from. When he was confronted by a different customer about what was taking so long, he was very rude to the lady telling her that she will wait, "as long as it takes," and walked away. The food itself was sub-par, with the fries and chicken sandwich being completely cold, and the hamburger being sloppily thrown together. It ended up that I (having a drive-thru order) had to go inside to retrieve my order, where I saw a door dash driver, and another drive-thru customer waiting for their orders for an extremely long time as well. And in the end, when asked if there was compensation for such shoddy, slovenly service, the only thing offered was a mini shake. In my opinion, this place is desperately needing to...

I wish there was zero stars because that is what I would give. Had to wait in Drive thru forever then you get up to the speaker to order but they don't even acknowledge you. Then you wait another 5 min. or longer. I ordered 3 biggie bags and 1 small chili. Finally got to window to pay and even asked if they got the chili. They said yes. Started to drive away and guess what? They forgot the chili. Went inside and they didn't even acknowledge me again. I finally got there attention and got my chili. While I was waiting I noticed the front counter was filthy, the lids were off the chili and chili mess all around the pans. There was only 1 person getting food inside so I don't know why they were so slow to get food out. Got home and chicken nuggets were hard and cold. I asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce and got barbecue. The fries were very salty. My hamburger was very pink in the middle. Every time we go to North Avenue store they always mess something up or forget something. I only go to this one because it's closer to my house. Not anymore. I will go to one of the other one's.
