My son and I went to this location which we visit very frequently and has for the past few years since it opened and has always been so pleasant. I don’t know if management has changed but, it feels like it. We went in for waffle fries and typically when I come in the staff used to be very customer service centric however, after careful observation we must of came in during a bit of a rush. We weren’t greeted with the excitement and friendly smiling faces we were accustomed to. The cashier was more focused on doing the job he missed the moment to connect with the customer. He didn’t look at me for several moments. I had to create the dialog to get him to realize we were in front of him. We ordered our fries made to order, sat at the table to wait, and a young lady brought the fries out. However, it was to quick. I know this sounds nit picky but the standard that Chic-fil-a has set for the food industry is refreshing to people like me who value and honor God illustrated customer service Jesus Led servitude. I knew they were not made to order for my wait time is typically around 2-3 minutes top she came out in 45 seconds. so I asked her were the fries made to order? and she just looked at me very bland and said yes then quickly walked away. Then i tried one of the fries and of course the fries were not fresh and slightly soggy. I proceeded to go back and tell the cashier that a mistake was made and we asked during our order for made to order fries. No apology, no sorry we will fix it right away, just took the bag from me and walked away. I sat down and I watched the young lady go to the manager give him the order back and he was upset about the fries being returned. The service attendant that was a lady even looked at our table as to show the manager who returned the fries (i am assuming to show him where he would be taking the remade order) Honestly, that day I was teaching my son about leadership and telling him when God calls you to leadership you must remember his eyes are always on you and you never know who is watching. So you lead as if Gods eyes is always on you. Be careful of your responses, don’t be upset when God chastises you because you didn’t follow directions, hold yourself accountable and own it because God will always be pleased. You don’t ever want to be upset at correction over a mistake you made. You own it and you do whatever you need to do to make it right with God. So when my son Got to witness the attitude of the leader and seeing how God will always show up and we must be ready. I believe that this is a phenomenal store but I believe that the employees are more so geared towards numbers that they are losing there customer service appeal. Always connect with the customers, mistakes happen be happy to fix it and own it, this is how God is glorified and never as management let the customers see you lose your posture of simply owning a mistake. Don’t prioritize service over customers and stay rooted in the original owners way. If Chic-fil-a can remember its roots and stick to it then I know God will keep them...
Read moreI normally dont leave reviews unless something is really wrong So today I had an very important exam so i decided to come to this Cfa for breakfast and considering that i work in fast food myself I am always nice when placing an order. I asked for the burrito meal with 4 count minis and a frosted caramel coffee as the drink. Before paying for my order I wanted change my drink to a caramel coffee realizing I ordered a frosted coffee. The manager let out a big sigh saying how I “need to make sure I say caramel next time”. This already made me annoyed because I havent even paid yet and just wanted to change the drink. Since they made it before I paid, he just told her (employee) to “add caramel” and mix it in out loud. This is different and tasted exactly like a regular frosted coffee.
I repeated “burrito” three times to make sure the manager taking my order understood. I still ended up with a scramble bowl. I wouldve understood if I had customizations to my order that itd be messed up but I ordered everything how it comes. My chicken minis were dry, old, and burnt I could tell they had then waiting for a long time and just wanted to get them out. I couldn’t even eat the breaded parts (my favorite parts) and I feel like my photo does not do it enough justice.
I tried staying positive because this was before taking my test even though I was highly unsatisfied. I decided after my test I would talk to another manager about my situation and he was super nice and understanding and all the customers helping me in the drive thru were as well up until I got to the window. The girl manager was being rude, didnt even say sorry and asked if I wanted a full refund or just my items. I didn’t know what to say since they fixed my burrito issue in the morning but the whole visit the way she asked made me just ask for a full refund. I didnt mind one a workers mumbling some snarky remark under her breath but it seems like the manager who took my order that morning and the one who “solved” the issue in the afternoon were rude and unhelpful. Next time for breakfast I will try another Chick fil a. I will try to stay positive and hope next visit is not as unfortunate...
Read moreI have been anticipating this location to open because the location on Carrier is kind of far from my job so this was a plus.... Until today... I am a very big fan of Chick-Fil-A for their fast and friendly service, until I got back to work and my order was missing. So I called to let them know that my order was not included in the bag when I finally got back to work. Well I spoke with someone named Gabriel and he was polite and apologized for the mistake and stated he would make sure I got my kid’s meal that was missing. He stated he would notify the next manager of the mistake and they would be more than happy to fix my order. Mind you I went there at noon and had to wait until I got off work due to it being busy. By the time I got off work I was starving, so I went in and asked for the manager on duty as I was instructed and he was VERY RUDE, unconcerned and actually taunting me with one of the young lady workers. I kept my cool and specified for the 3rd time I ordered a fruit cup instead of fries, he jack the fries out the bag and tossed my fruit cup in the bag. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I can see if I asked for my money back I just wanted my 6pc nuggets and fruit cup. I will be going back to the Carrier location because this experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will gladly drive right past this location and go on Carrier because that do not have very good customer service at...
