I ate here at this location since they opened. I recently came here 2 weeks ago and a young lady who served me gave me cold old veggies from somewhere else not in the trays on my burrito. Before she did that I told her I would wait for fresh veggies because I saw the tray was empty. She proceeded to walk off and came back from the back side with a bowl with cold old looking veggies in it. I asked for another burrito to give her another chance and she went to do the same thing again. I stopped her and told her "you did that to my last burrito, where are you getting the food from?" She looked at me then at the cashier and did not answer me so I told her "no thank you I don't want it" and walked out. I had already paid for the other burrito and did not eat it I threw it away. Tonight on January 10th 2024 I went inside to place a to go order and the same young lady was in there working the serving station so I walked out. I will continue to walk out and also tell others not to eat here at this location if employees continue to serve cold old food and are not honest about it. The fact I saw her do it made me mad. But imagine if I didn't see her do it and ate the food and got sick. Someone could get sick. Also, this place is not clean enough so I normally don't eat inside and always order to go. I hope that this location can up their cleanliness and train their employees better and Stop Serving Cold Old Looking Food. Please also listen to the customer because she was rude by walking off after I told her I would wait for the veggies to be cooked fresh as if I said nothing. Read moreThe worst experience at this location not only are the employees rude and unprofessional the manager didn’t even bother to apologize or resolve the issue, just gave us his card and the number on the card is never answered and you are unable to leave a voicemail. My child has a severe gluten allergy and when I asked the employee Demarcus to change gloves after seeing him touch flour tortillas he gave me an attitude the rest of the time. There was no one behind us and it takes very little time to change gloves. Initially I ignored the bad attitude he displayed while he prepared the food. I was then charged incorrectly and when I saw the receipt and asked for them to correct it the girl working the cashier said I was charged correctly and that she didn’t know how to return. I was charged for an extra side I didn’t receive, which seems to be a recurring issue based on the other reviews. They said I got 3 sides for my kids meal and that kids meals only come with 2 sides, but I only ordered and received 2 sides for my kids meal, regardless this is still incorrect information when it says on the menu that kids meals come with 3. Demarcus returned to help her and was arguing with me and being very rude and disrespectful. He then threw my receipt in my bag like he was throwing a fit, then continued to argue with me while I was walking away. No costumer service and all this over a mistake they made. First time I watched him wash his hands then rub ur nose right after then proceeded to put on his gloves..dirty!! Then he use his hands to break up rice inside of my bowl!! Second time I watch him wipe some food off the counter with his hands.. I asked him nicely just to change his gloves just because I encountered a problem there previously, as he changed his gloves he starts going off to me about how clean the counter is and other stuff.. bruh just say "No Problem!" And change your gloves.
