I am really upset and disappointed with the service I was given today. I understand there's a pandemic and it was very busy. I completely understand that part. I was an assistant manager for a fast food restaurant wingstop for 5 years. So I've been there and done that. But I also dont think that gives you the right to have this whole "attitude" with me. I was ordering egg rolls in the drive through and girl taking my order kept asking me several questions instead of just "listening to me."Customer service rule number one is to always "listen" the to the customer so they dont have to repeat themselves numerous times. I had forgotten that the spring egg rolls come in pairs of two. So I originally asked if they had any packs for the egg rolls because I had ordered before a pack some time ago for the egg rolls. I just couldn't remember what the pack was or how many came in it. So when I asked she straight up told me "no" and she said the only pack they have has 5 . Now that I got home and looked up the menu I see y'all have a "large order" Which if I remember correctly contains 8 or 12. Either way...why was I not even offered that. Or I guess she didnt have knowledge about the menu. Whatever anyways so after she told me i couldn't do "15" I told to just give me "16" She then asked if I wanted "6 orders" . I told her 6 orders does not equal 16 egg rolls. Since she wasn't understanding me and kept cutting me off. To be more clearer i told her to give me 8 orders of the spring rolls and 2 chicken egg rolls. Well i guess she got upset because she didn't even say anything. Or told me my total "verbally" (i know its on the screen) or no thank you or you can pull up. OH and also she kept telling me there was gonna be a "wait" Which i knew already because of the line. And obviously i was ordering alot of egg rolls. But still i dont need to be told "you're gonna have to wait" several times throughout my order . Anyways so I drove up because she just stayed quiet and never said anything after I told her my order. I pull up to pay. She gives me a receipt with like no ink. I asked her if she could give me a better receipt. And she just said "theres nothing i can do about" all with this attitude. She kept saying " I can get my manager" when i was never asking for him. I asked if they had ink and if she could change it. She said they were "out of" ink. Which dont make sense because how are yall reading the tickets? In that case dont hand out receipts. She kept also reminding me i was gonna have to wait and there was nothing she could do about it. I told her " okay can you just print me another receipt and put it inside my bag when they bring me my food" and she said she would. So i park and wait. Then the second employee comes to my car. I asked her if the second copy of the receipt was in there . She straight up has an attitude and was talking super fast like she didn't have time. She said " you got a receipt already the first time thats the only copy. And theres nothing I can do about. I asked her about the ink issue and she kept saying i dont know how to change the ink. And kept pressuring me to speak to the manager . I did not want to speak to the manager . I wanted her to do something about it. Anyways my order was fine. The food was good. But im sorry. If you cant handle working there during a rush or your upset they put you to work weekends. Then you need to find a different job. I work at an emergency room. And I work overnight shifts on the weekend and I dont be having attitudes with the people who come in because I knew what was expected when I applied for the job. Read moreJust had the worse experience ever. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the point of a mobile order is to be able to pick it up without having to go inside. Especially during this covid stuff. Well first I pulled up to the speaker let them know I placed a mobile order. The lady was extremely rude and stated "you have to come inside, its placed on the table" I let her know I have made many mobile orders here and others places and not once have I ever heard they don't give mobile orders in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and same lady came and rudely stated again You have to come inside. I let her know I am high risk and have a hard time walking, I asked could someone bring it out then since they aren't giving them in the drive thru. She again with full attitude said nope you have to come in.
I pulled to the front and made a call to their customer service line. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and let me know that they aren't suppose to be operating like this. She let me know they ARE suppose to give you the order in the drive thru. The representative placed me on hold and called the store. The manager came to my car and told me someone already picked up my order. At this point yes I am very upset Told him if they would of just gave it to me in the drive thru this wouldn't of happened (The representative is still on the phone and heard this as well) Manager told me they will remake my order
The representative told me she will have this fixed because this is not protocol
Will not be going back to this location at all Thanks to the representative for getting things corrected. This is a new day. Decided to call to make sure they are doing what they are suppose to and giving the mobile orders in the drive thru. Well lady on the phone let me know that, no you have to come inside to get the order I let her know thats not how it should be. And I had to reach back out to there customer service line. Read moreMyself ,my bf and our child under 4 come here haven't been here for a while had high hops that it would be good... myself and son was eating food tasted like it's been siting a while but can only Expect so much from a buffet and when my bf wanted to see if they added anymore fresh food cuz he decided he wanted to eat something he had to wait 45 minutes before they come out with anything when we told the service the food tasted old they just walked away after a little they brought us a big fresh plate we weren't really hungry anymore but had a few bits and our son was getting grumpy we wanted to leave my bf went to go pay and talked to anther service told her what happen and to see if we can get a to go container we were told we would have to pay an extra 30$ if we wanted to take that home ( so that was 80$) we were told....my bf said that it isn't far when we only had a few bits of it but cuz we were the only ones that said something they wouldn't do anything about it and we had to pay my bf tryed saying that we should get a discount or something cuz we didn't eat anything really the server threatened to call the cops cuz she Assumed we weren't going to pay but we left the big plate of food and got charged for two adults still when only one adult and one a child under 4 only had a few bits and we were still charged 60$
BTW to that server that was going to call the cop the next time your talking to a customer about an issue can you not be pretty much yelling? Everyone in the restaurant could hear you...
